Have fun during your stay at our stylish apartment. We are so close to everything and located in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to Main Street, drive 2 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village, Baseball Hall of Fame is only 30 miles away. The apartment is fully furnished so just bring your suitcase. We do not have a washer/dryer at the apartment but we have 2 washers 2 dryers for your use for free at another location - just ask.

Oneonta stay

Place was clean and very modern. Some information was not correct on the listing. It said there was a queen air mattress and the couch pulled out to a double bed. The couch did not pull out and the air mattress was a twin. ChccccIalsoalsoalssaid check out time wasx

Clean, convenient, good communication

Updated property was very clean and quiet. Property manager communicated well from check-in through check-out. Easy check-out rules (garbage out and let manager know you’re out). Very convenient to All Star Village, drug stores, and restaurants.

Perfect Spot!

This apartment was exactly as listed. It was very clean and updated. Very quiet neighborhood although It is a few minutes from everything. Dave was very quick to get back to me with any questions I had. We had a great time!

Great place to stay for All star village

This place was recently renovated with a very modern kitchen and bathroom. There is still some work that needs to be finished but we enjoyed our stay here . It is located only 5 minutes from the All star village in a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with others but you still feel very private. It was perfect for the 4 of us while our son was at the All Star village .

Cooperstown Stay

My husband and I stayed here while my son was playing in the Cooperstown tourney. The house was an easy walk to coffee in the morning and was really close to the fields.

Cooperstown all star village

Great location from all star village only a 7 minute drive and perfect for those late game delays.the apartment was as described and updated. The restroom was very nice and the shower was perfect.the kitchen and living room come with a window ac with very cold air perfect for those hot summer days.the bedroom also has a window ac and does it’s job . Overall the area is a little dark at night but the locals are very nice.I would recommend this place 10/10. The hoste was very nice and even recommended locations to go and eat. Thank you dave for letting us stay at your apartment

Location

Great location. Prop mgr quickly responded to any questions. Still in process of some renovations but still cute. Only issue was that the listing had a pull out couch but instead there is a loveseat and a twin mattress in a closet to put on the floor.

Very nice stay

We stayed for our son’s Cooperstown tournament. Even though we were 25 mins away from the park, the town and apartment we stayed at was well worth it. The apartment came as described and the furnishings all looked new and modern. We had a very comfortable stay, though our neighbors that were to the left of us were quite loud past the 9pm quiet hour. Though that is something that is just out of control of the renter so can’t fault them. The only issue we had was that the combo for the door lock that was provided to us before arriving was incorrect. But it was quickly solved as Dave was easy to reach by phone and was very nice to talk to, he even gave us some good food recommendations in the town. I would definitely rent from this person again. Thanks!
