La hermosa villa ofrece una vida extremadamente cómoda, mezclada con el encanto de una antigua finca canaria, en la codiciada y exclusiva ubicación tranquila de Los Mojones Puerto del Carmen. A solo 10 minutos a pie de la playa principal y del casco antiguo.
Disfrute de la gran piscina climatizada con orientación sur, que ofrece total privacidad. El jardín con flora típica canaria, la gran terraza amueblada para comer juntos, hacer barbacoas, tomar el sol y pasar tiempo al aire libre.

La sala de estar
La villa tiene tres habitaciones separadas. Dormitorio 1 con una cama doble grande (1.8mx2m) y baño privado, dormitorio 2 también con una cama doble grande (1.6mx2m) y baño privado y dormitorio 3 con 2 camas individuales separadas y una sección abierta de la habitación con una litera (0.9mx2m) ,
Otra instalación para dormir es una pequeña habitación extra con un sofá cama.
El tercer baño está en el pasillo.
Todos los baños tienen duchas.
La villa ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada con hervidor de agua, cafetera, microondas, lavavajillas y horno.
La gran sala de estar tiene una chimenea eléctrica para un calor acogedor en las noches frías y acogedoras noches de televisión con canales por satélite alemanes e ingleses.
El comedor ofrece espacio para hasta 10 personas, en el que una caja fuerte para sus objetos de valor está bien escondida.

The Villa is in an excellent location and is very spacious. Although it needs updating a bit it was clean and tidy. The host was very accommodating with good communication. The safe wouldn’t close so unfortunately we couldn’t use it otherwise I would have gave it 5 star. We had an excellent holiday and would definitely go back but I think it should be more transparent that you have to pay if you want the pool heating as I couldn’t see it on the description when we booked but this did not spoil our holiday.

Ideal location with large Lidl 5 mins away and 10 min walk to the Old Town. The accommodation was very comfortable and very well equipped. We spent most of our time around the pool relaxing, and there is plenty of seating in the sun or shade. Communication with the host during our stay was brilliant, response time very quick. Would recommend.

Perfect place for a family.

Great villa, great location, has everything you need as a family and great with a baby. Could be a little cleaner, quite dusty and noticed under the couch and furniture hadn’t been cleaned/ swept when little baby hands were grabbing old food/sweets from under the couch but overall very happy and would stay again

The property was amazing exceptionally clean and well presented in a fantastic location.

From start to finish the booking process was so easy and the owners were on hand to answer any questions. This is a fantastic villa in a great location with bags of space inside and outside. The pool was amazing and we will be returning thank you Nick & Stella

The villa was ok. Quite dirty and a lot of things didn’t work. The toaster broke and the host was reluctant to send a new one asking if we really needed it?! Hairdryer blew up when son tried to use it - no apologies just told to dispose of it and it was lucky his worked hadn’t tried it!! Host was rude and demanding. Spied on us through a camera at the front door and there was a camera at the swimming pool which he watched us with!!! Disgusting and an invasion of privacy! Teenage girls and young kids with us and we were being spied on!!!

Family hols June 23

Good spacious property in a quiet but accessible location. Not far to main town or old town. Nice outside area with good size pool. Very private. Terrace and pool area are in need of updating but still useable. Maik was very helpful and answered our questions promptly.

Thank you very much Matthew, we have been working on getting the house up to a good standard for some time. In November 2023, the pool and the technology will be completely renewed, the outdoor area will also be renewed in the construction phase. Appointments have been made and we are already looking forward to the pool being flatter and then also illuminated in the evening. Greetings Mike Danke schön Matthew, wir sind schon länger dran, das Haus auf ein guten Standart zu bekommen. Im November 2023, wird der Pool und auch die Technik komplett erneuert, der Außenbereich wird auch in den Bauabschnitt erneuert. Termine stehen und freuen uns schon auf den dann flacheren Pool und dann auch abends Beleuchtet. Gruß Maik

Great family villa

Had a really great 8 nights here, the location is excellent - nice short walk to both the old town or the livelier seafront. The villa was a lot bigger than we expected, there was only 3 of us staying there but i could see it easily accommodating large family groups with plenty of space to spread out. We paid for the pool heating and i must say that it was really worth it. It was like a bath! Our son didn't want to get out of it. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Great base

A great place to base yourself to not only see Puerto Del Carmen but, especially if you have a car, the whole island. The villa is spacious, comfortable with a great outdoor seating/dining area and a good size pool. Both local shops and the main strip are in walking distance. I know the owner is looking to upgrade some areas of the villa in Winter 23 which will make it even better. Maik happily dealt with any queries we had too. A great holiday

Villa Margarita in Puerto del Carmen

We were a party of 5 people. We found the villa spacious particularly with lots of out door space. There were areas both in sun and shade. You could hire the swimming pool heated. There is a BBQ outdoors which we used. The kitchen facilities were great and comes very well equipped. The property is a short walk to the old town and close to local bus stops. A short drive to the airport approx 20 euro via taxi. Please note the air conditioning must be paid for in cash using a pay as you go metre box in the property.Local supermarkets and shops close by. We would consider staying again and the owner is very attentive and easy to contact.

Good stay

The villa has a wonderful outside space, options of places to sit in and out of the shade & the pool is a lovely size. Inside we were surprised to learn that the AC was only in the living room & 1 bedroom. It’s important to let people know that to use it it’s €1 for 30 mins, I think would be useful to add to the listing. No fans are available so it can get a bit hot at night. The TV also didn’t work from day 1, this was eventually fixed on the last night. We know the owner is going to do some work on the villa, this will make a big difference as it’s in a great location!

Communication with Mike , including negative and unsettling tone to his. Thank you for the review, unfortunately I speak very bad English and if you call me after 11 p.m. to ask how the TV turns on, I may not react very well. I'm sorry, I sleep sometimes too. Shower head was repaired immediately. When we arrived and handed over the accommodation, the shower head was still intact, so the shower head must have been damaged by the guests. In the description it says very well that the pool heating costs extra. I think it's placed a bit unfavorably but you can't store it any other way. We offered the three ladies, which happened to us for the first time, to pay them back the money and that they could look for other accommodation. The reason for this was that they were generally very dissatisfied, used our new oven tray for grilling outside, took the baby mattress from my daughter's cot as a mat outside and left it outside in the rain at night, then with street shoes on walking around the mattress. We disposed of this mattress after the three ladies left and charged them. There were other things too, but it's too much to write here. I realize that the three ladies are angry and that the rating cannot be good. I hope it remains an isolated case.

An enjoyable stay at Villa Margarita

A lovely villa within a nice quiet area with off road parking. The villa is close to restaurants and bars and within walking distance of around 10-15 minutes. Taxi prices around €4-5 if you can’t be bothered to climb the hill after a night out, Villa was very spacious for 4 of us and well equipped. We paid extra for pool heating, quite expensive but well worth it as I hate a cold pool. 2 fans available and the air con only in the lounge and main bedroom, which are coin operated. We only used the air con once as we couldn’t find the remote control and it wasn’t set cool enough. No problem though no stress we went out and brought a fan for comfort as the nights were very hot. Excellent communication from Maik before, throughout and after our stay. He kindly arranged for the cleaners to come early on our arrival so we could check in early. We had no problems at the villa during our stay, we had everything we needed. Having been to Lanzarote staying in a villa for the past 5 years, this is our favourite villa for space and location. We prefer the old town for the choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. Thanks Maik see you again soon .

Stunning Cozy Villa, perfect location

We booked for a week starting the 24th March to get away from the grim British weather. Typically we arrived to an unseasonal down pour on our first day which cleared by day 2. The villa on arrival was very clean, absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. No need to pack a hairdryer as there is one in each of the three bathrooms. We arrived in the early evening and needed to get some groceries, conveniently there is a large shopping cart with shopping bags behind the front door. There is a Lidl, 2 Spar's and Hyper-dino supermarket all within walking distance of the villa (car rental really is not necessary as the local taxi's were very cheap and all of which were familiar with the villa's location). We opted to pay the very reasonable pool heating fee as it is a little cooler in March and it was worth every cent. The pool was like getting into a warm bath :-) The pool was expertly cleaned twice during our stay, the villa's gardens to the rear of the property are beautiful, we were visited by wild parakeets, Egret and doves every morning while enjoying a coffee under the large shaded patio area which hosts a number of seating areas to get out of the sun. Bin's were collected nightly from the communal area located less than 50 yards of the villa (turn right out of the road, located on a small traffic island) Maik was extremely helpful and a great host and was in contact with us during our stay to ensure we were enjoying. 100% recommend

Comfortable, spacious villa in quiet, convenient location.

Very comfortable and spacious villa in a quiet location. Within a 5 minute walk of a Lidl, and a 10-15 minute walk to the harbour, beach and old town area. Most attractions on the island were within a 30 minute drive, and it was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The villa itself is nicely furnished and well equipped. As a couple we were very comfortable and happy there. There were 4 sunloungers (not as photographed, but more comfortable as you could lie on your front or back), but larger parties might find they need more sunloungers and cushions. Lots of other seating and dining options around the pool area and terrace though. The pool area was so welcoming that we enjoyed coming back from sightseeing to spend time there. We paid for 3 days' pool heating but then had it switched off and found it fine for swimming (in January), a similar temperature to the sea. It was next to a road, but a quiet, one-way side street in a residential area. A mention has been made in previous reviews of the top deck of coaches being able to see into the pool area, but we found these occasional coaches seemed to be empty, having discharged passengers elsewhere. We found the pool area to be very private, although it should be noted there is a security camera (not in constant use) covering the pool area. There was enough hot water for the 2 of us, but on less sunny days we wondered if larger families would find it sufficient. Maik always responded to any queries promptly.

Highly Recommend

Our first time booking a villa instead of apartment. Completely converted! Property was in a fantastic location, 5 minutest to Biosfera,10 minute stroll to new town, maybe 12 to new town. Lidl 5 min walk and the trolley bag provided was well used! Casa Margarita is an older property with all the quirks and charm you would expect. Extremely spacious - we are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers so everyone having their own room and space was ideal. The two twin rooms interconnect which was great for our daughters and they shared the bathroom adjacent. My son had the second double with his own en suite. Our master was so large and airy with a door leading out to the side garden. The 5th bedroom is a small single off the living area, we didn't need it but it was handy for storing cases. I understand this is being extended soon to make another twin. Kitchen had everything you could need and we cooked breakfast and lunch most days. Lounge area very comfortable and cosy in the evenings. The pool area was outstanding with so many options of seating/sunbathing/eating areas etc. We made great use of the BBQ and outdoor oven. Pool was lovely, had small issue with heating but that was resolved via text with Maik who was very responsive. Harry, who called twice a week to clean/maintain pool, had own entrance via back gate. He gave us great advice on places to visit on island. We paid the extra for the pool heating and it was needed during our stay in early June. We did not need the aircon.

Entspannter Urlaub

Unser Urlaub war echt schön. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber dafür in kanarischem, rustikalem Stil. Für uns hat alles gut gepasst, der deutsche Gastgeber war für Fragen immer erreichbar. Die schlechten Bewertungen in puncto Sauberkeit kann ich nicht bestätigen. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Putzteam gerade fertig und alles hat gepasst. Dass manche Urlauber nicht gerade pfleglich mit der Einrichtung umgehen, dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. Und während des Aufenthalts ist man selbst für die Sauberkeit zuständig, wie in jeder anderen Ferienwohnung auch. Wie man es halt von daheim gewohnt ist...Der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die eingestellten Bilder sind authentisch. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.
