The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of which has a bunk bed for 2 persons) as well as one bathroom with a corner bathtub and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and TV. If requested in advance, a high chair and a babybed are also available.

A supermarket is 1.9 km away and restaurants are 3 km away from the accommodation. Enthusiasts of winter sports will find their happiness in the nearby ski area Gitschberg Jochtal or Valles/Val Giovo. The area is also ideal for summer excursions (mountain biking or Nordic walking). A bus stop is approx. 2 minutes' walk away; a ski bus also leaves from there. In the vicinity there is a toboggan run as well as the indoor swimming pool Acquarena and the Aquazentrum Alpinpool - both are specialized for children and families.
