We had three families together in the house and we were all very comfortable. It's a lovely property with a nice kitchen and lots of space. Great for a ski trip!
We had a great time. The lake was closed but my kids enjoyed the pool and sports complex. The house was outstanding and we took full advantage of the amenities provided. We will definitely book another stay. William Chin was very helpful and responsive.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Pocono house. It’s a great location for nature lovers and tranquility seekers. I am sure it’s a good location for the skiers. We would like to go back at another time and do more hikes when we can. William is a great host, and a communicator.
This split level home with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was perfect for my mom’s 45th birthday celebration! We had a total of 4 kids under 6 years old and there was plenty of open space for them to play. They even got to see deer in the back yard!
We had a last min change to our plans to the East Stroudsburg and needed a place to stay in a pinch. This place included all the amenities you would need including things to do with your kids including a pool, lakes, playground and restaurants all near by.
Also thank you for your hospitality and quick responses to our questions.
Booked this last minute for a weekend getaway with family. Wasn’t sure what we had gotten ourselves into with the gated community aspect but ultimately very quiet and comfortable. William the host was responsive and organized. The house was clean and had a good amount of kitchen stuff so we were able to relax and cook and enjoy. Pool was great the lake was cute. Overall a great experience.
William was a fabulous host. Extremely responsive to any questions and needs. House was very clean and organized. It was great for us as we only needed it for a 1 night stay and didn’t spend a lot of time there. Be prepared to bring basic essentials should you need to stay longer and utilize the kitchen for preparing meals. We ate out, so wasn’t a big deal. Overall, William was great and the house was comfortable.
It's hard enough to find a great property but to have a great host too was icing on the cake. The home is beautiful. It had everything you could imagine and was laid out nicely giving both children and adults their areas to relax. We didn't have any issues but the host did check in to make sure everything was good anyways. I have no doubt if we had an issue, he would have responded quickly. Thank you William.

Rachel was an amazing guest at our property. She was easy to communicate with, respectful of our house, and took great care of the space leaving it clean and tidy. It was a pleasure and I’d be glad to host Rachel again anytime! Thank you :)
A great property with tons of space in a nice area of the Poconos. My only issue with this property is that it's very hard to get an Uber if you're not the property owner given the neighborhoods strict rules on who's allowed in. Ubers must be approved by the property owner and the property owner must give the information of the driver to security in order to get past the gate. Same with food deliveries, but I did not try to order food.
House was everything we could have wanted for our quick family (& pups) getaway. We were looking for some quality time as a family. That is exactly what we got here. House is in a gated community. There are other houses in the area but it didn’t feel like we had neighbors. In just a 19 minute drive you can find just about any store (grocery & department) as well as many restaurants. Great outlets just a 20 minute drive.
William was a great host. He was very quick to answer any questions we had. He also helped me after we returned home with getting some jewelry that was left behind back to me. I would recommend staying here. Thank you William for sharing your home with us!

Thank you Michele for being excellent guests! Very considerate of our belongings and property. You and your family (& pups!) are welcome back any time! It was our pleasure to help!
This property was great for my family on Easter weekend! We loved the home, very clean and spacious for everyone. William was awesome!
He was very accommodating and answered all my questions, which made this a wonderful trip to have great communication with William. He wants his guests to feel relaxed and happy in his home!
We enjoyed having 2 living room areas, a place for adults & kids. The beds were very comfortable and you do not have to bring anything with you, linens and towels included! The foosball table & bar were fun! The home had very good lighting outside, which is nice coming home at night.
It is located in a private community, which is close to many things to do in the Poconos. We hiked Bushkill Falls, about 30 min away and went to many different areas to go fishing with the kids.
Many different restaurants & stores within 5 miles of the home.
We did catch our first Rainbow trout for the season. If you are looking for a place to relax & unwind, this is the place to go! You will enjoy this home and work with a great property manager who will help you, with anything you need during your stay in the Poconos. Have fun!
I normally don't like to leave reviews because I prefer to keep the best-kept secrets to myself but because the home (and William, the homeowner) was BEYOND amazing, it's so hard not to!
Prior to the pandemic, I was an avid snowboarder so renting vacation homes bi-weekly/monthly in the winter was routine for me for several years. However, here’s where William and his home stood out from above the rest.
1) from the beginning of our confirmation booking to the end of our stay, William remained readily available at all times and communicative throughout the entire process.
2) William’s home was in a gated community which was very nice and provided an extra sense of security for us.
3) prior to our arrival, William shared everything we needed to know to make our travels seamless and convenient. From gate entry to home entry to wifi access -it was all a breeze.
4) William’s home was well lit (inside AND out) and was warm and cozy upon arrival, which was exactly what we needed since we arrived in the evening and the temperature was in the single digits.
5) not only were towels and linen provided but all the beds were neatly made with the towels nicely rolled up and folded as if you were staying in a hotel! The only thing missing was a chocolate mint on our pillows lol!
6) in our group, there was a total of 5 adults, 4 young kids and one dog. Out of all the homes i've rented prior, pet items were never provided so I’m accustomed to bringing everything for my dog. William even purchased a dog bed, dog toys, pet bowls, treats, wee-wee pads and disposable poop bags for our dog -the tags and packaging were still intact upon our arrival! In the end, we didn’t use any of the pet items provided, as we hope another family in need can make use of them but the additional steps William took to go above and beyond was so appreciated!
Overall, my friends and I had such a wonderful stay; we’re already talking about our next trip with William this summer! Thank you, William!!

Thank you Janet for your wonderful words. You and your guests were AMAZING! I appreciate the quick responsive communication from beginning to end, and you took the utmost care of our property and were incredibly clean. My cleaners said it seemed almost untouched! Thank you so much! We are lucky to host you and your guests! Looking forward to hosting you again in the Poconos!!

I love the great outdoors, and my favorite thing to do during Summer and Fall is to go hiking, and during Winter you can catch me on the mountains snowboarding.
I love a good beer and have been homebrewing for the past 5 years. I always tell people if I win the lottery, my dream is to start a local brewery!
I also enjoy traveling when my schedule allows it, whether it's locally or international. There are so many hidden gems in all communities that is why when I travel, I love to eat and do what the locals do. One day I plan to road trip across the country and go wherever the road takes me!
