Mainsail’s tropical 15-acre beachfront family resort, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Emerald Coast.
The palm covered South pool deck includes a splash pad, fountain & kiddie pool for the young ones, large pool and hot tub for the adults. There are gas BBQ grills, covered parking & a fitness center located by the South pool area. A 2nd pool on the North side, is heated in the winter season.
Lighted tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball courts are within this all gated community just tucked away from the traffic yet, still in the heart of beautiful Miramar Beach.

Upon entering the penthouse beachfront unit, you are presented with a main living area which is characterized by an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling with sky light, floor to ceiling glass windows and doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would want or need to prepare a home-cooked meal.

The Gulf front master suite has glass doors that lead to an outdoor balcony, ensuring a sunny atmosphere that makes relaxing easy. The master suite is separated from the other bedrooms. It includes a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom #1 has a king bed and private en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Guest bedroom #2 has two twin XL beds and a shared Shower/Tub combo bathroom.

Part of the collection of South Walton Beaches, Miramar Beach is conveniently located between Destin and Sandestin. Baytown wharf is less than 2 miles, and the Silver Sands premium outlets are directly across Highway 98 from the complex.

** Parking passes are issued at the guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed. No boats or trailers are allowed on Mainsail property.
