Come enjoy the Penthouse level views from unit #182 at Mainsail Resort. Mainsail is located on a private, sugary white sand beach just 8 miles east of Destin and less than a mile from Sandestin.
Mainsail’s tropical 15-acre beachfront family resort, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Emerald Coast.
The palm covered South pool deck includes a splash pad, fountain & kiddie pool for the young ones, large pool and hot tub for the adults. There are gas BBQ grills, covered parking & a fitness center located by the South pool area. A 2nd pool on the North side, is heated in the winter season.
Lighted tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and basketball courts are within this all gated community just tucked away from the traffic yet, still in the heart of beautiful Miramar Beach.

Upon entering the penthouse beachfront unit, you are presented with a main living area which is characterized by an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling with sky light, floor to ceiling glass windows and doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would want or need to prepare a home-cooked meal.

The Gulf front master suite has glass doors that lead to an outdoor balcony, ensuring a sunny atmosphere that makes relaxing easy. The master suite is separated from the other bedrooms. It includes a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom #1 has a king bed and private en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Guest bedroom #2 has two twin XL beds and a shared Shower/Tub combo bathroom.

Part of the collection of South Walton Beaches, Miramar Beach is conveniently located between Destin and Sandestin. Baytown wharf is less than 2 miles, and the Silver Sands premium outlets are directly across Highway 98 from the complex.

** Parking passes are issued at the guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed. No boats or trailers are allowed on Mainsail property.

The condo was perfect for our family. Great location. Came with everything you would need. The basketball court and cricket ball court were closed for repair. Not a huge deal but we came excited to use them.

What an incredible vacation

The condo is perfect . This is our 2nd year at this complex. From the front gate to the private beach , this place is incredible. Our condo was just right for us . Everything is just as we expected. A fantastic view of the beach . Our week was just right . Close to everything, shopping and dining . Our host was great . We hope to come back next year .

Beautiful week in Destin!

Our family (6 adults) arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The easy communication with Robin made check in the easiest ever. The rooms were just as described and had plenty of space. View from the balcony was perfect. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were first come first serve but we never had a problem finding chairs and we were there over Memorial Day weekend. We would definitely stay here again! It is a beautiful condo!

Relaxing beach vacation

Beautiful condo. Great location. Great views. Right on the beach. Included beach service! Robin was very gracious and allowed us access a little early. Minor cons- I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Minimal linens. The kitchen was well stocked. However the refrigerator was missing drawers and door panels which limited available space. Still yet, I appreciated staying here for the week and would recommend to others.

Very clean, great views, but...

The unit itself is very clean, smelled amazing! Comfortable beds and very well-maintained all around. The view of the gulf is just beautiful. The way the condo is situated at an angle blocks out neighbor noise, which is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and was sure to mention she was available if we needed anything. We had some cable and internet problems on day 3 of our trip, and although the owner was quickly responsive and apologetic, I had to spend way more time on vacation than anyone should dealing with the cable company, the owner, and property manager. The wifi was out for 2 days and we gave up on the cable altogether. It was restored on the last day of our trip, only to the living room. Yes, we were at the beach which is where we spent most of our time, but having 2 little kids with none of their toys, no TV, and unable to use their iPads, it was frustrating. The listing states "free beach service", which sounds great but it was a headache every single day. NOTE: This is completely separate from the owners, this is a MainSail Beach Service issue. I've been coming to the beaches in the panhandle from Perdido to 30A every year since I was a kid. I've always rented chairs & umbrellas with no issue. This is the first time in 30 years I've seen a beach service operate in the most ridiculous way. The set up is owners only at the front, everyone else is stuck in a horseshoe shape behind the owners. So if you have children that like to build sandcastles near the shore, you'll be a good 50+ feet from them. We wanted 4 chairs, 2 were provided, so we paid a small fortune for 2 additional for the week but were told they can't be reserved and aren't guaranteed to be together. It's first come, first served, which causes every guest that wants a chair to post up like Hunger Games at sunrise while it's being setup. The guys working for the beach service were smug and unless you were an owner, you were treated like a second-class citizen. We still enjoyed our time and didn't let this ruin our trip, but MainSail should work on treating everyone the same, this was weird and not anything I've ever experienced with chair rentals.
