We welcome you to enjoy our spacious and comfortable home. It's a beautiful 5 BR, 4.5 bath Oak Bluffs home with modern conveniences and nestled in an idyllic, secluded location. Perfect for large family gatherings. The amenities include AC, granite kitchen counter tops, breakfast bar, W/D, WiFi, five flat screen cable TVs, DVD & VHS players, gas grill, outdoor shower, hardwood floors and wood-burning fireplace for ambiance or a chilly evening. Large dining room table (comfortably seats 8) and fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and stock pots for steaming your crabs, clams & lobsters for that ultimate 'Vineyard experience.'

The house is located on a quiet street, has a large front porch, private back yard and 2 large decks for casual dining and relaxing.
Close to everything - town (5 minute drive/15 min walk) , harbor, ferry, shops, and restaurants.

Sleeps maximum of 10 people. Rentals are on a weekly basis, Sunday to Sunday.

Everything you need

Both property and host were wonderful. Pam is very responsive and caring. The property was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious; fully supplied with everything needed for summer fun: books, games, lots of beach chairs. The location is perfect. Quiet wooded neighborhood, one mile plus to Oak Bluffs center and approximately 2 miles to Vineyard Haven. We had a most memorable week due in no small part to Pam and her hospitality.

Lovely location off the beaten path - great hostess

The owner/hostess was an excellent communicator. Whenever we needed anything, she was right there and responded immediately. The home accommodated a wide range of ages and interests. The back deck and grill were spot on. Kitchen was well stocked with storage supplies, etc. The setting was really wonderful and minutes from downtown Oak Bluffs. My husband had no trouble finding trails for riding and running. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Modern conveniences with old-fashioned charm!

Our family enjoyed spending time together in this home. We prioritized a/c, which wasn’t needed after the first couple of days. Having in-law suite was a great extra, as one member of our family’s celiac was easier to handle with a separate kitchen. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. It was a long walk into town, so we relied on our cars more than when we have been in the middle of town, but having a house that has been updated, or maybe more recently built, was a big plus. Pam was very communicative, so I’m sure if we’d had any issues she would have resolved them quickly. Fortunately, we didn’t need a thing!

Perfect Vineyard Vacation

This house was ideal for our family vacation - tons of spacious bedrooms and updated bathrooms, clean, well equipped with everything we needed and close to town and the beach. We had a fantastic week and appreciated how attentive and responsive the owner was both prior to and during our stay. Pam went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect vacation and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Vineyard rental.

MV family vacation

This home looks exactly like the online photos. We had plenty of space for our family which consists of 7 adults, 2 children and 1 teenager. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook everything we needed for 10. Fabulous front porch where we spent many hours. Location was great for morning walks down to the harbor and to takes kids to the playground. Beach chairs, toys and coolers available to use. The home owner pays particular attention to all your needs and checks in to be sure all is well. Would absolutely rent again and recommend to anyone who likes to stay in the Oak Bluff area.

AMAZING!!!!

I do not normally write reviews....BUT.....this property is an EXCEPTION! It's a 10min walk to Circuit...it has 2 decks....3bedrooms have attached bathrooms.....4.5 TOTAL bathrooms....1bedroom also has an additional kitchen with a full fridge and private deck.....a webber grill that makes anyone a grill master.....6TVs....CENTRAL AIR....washer/dryer/dishwasher....life jackets, beach chairs, toys, books, games.....a great kitchen...dining seats 10....great living room with a FIREPLACE...and the caretaker is a phone call away should you need him.....and the property is clean and well kept.....and I can go on and on and on.... Did I say 4.5 bathrooms...LOL We had a great experience and we look forward to staying here next year.

Staying at this house makes you feel as if you were staying in your own home. Everything you need is right there. Centrally located between Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs it is minutes from the ferry. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Great for a large family vacation or couples retreat. I plan on staying here every time I come to MV. You will not be disappointed with this property and will be pleased with how friendly everyone is.

Great Stay

Beautiful well kept cozy home. House has central air and located in very quiet area. Very close to restaurants, beach and ferry. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and BBQing. Overall, my family had a fantastic stay here and looking forward to returning soon. *Actually stayed here in 8/15.

Fantastic Vineyard Home!

We had a great time on the Vineyard in this central air-conditioned home. There were 6 adults and 4 small children. The house was comfortably large enough for everyone. The master bedroom was enormous with a part of the room used as a sitting room with TV and desk, along with a small kitchen area. That extra fridge came in handy with such a large group of us! The gas grill was a real plus and worked well. The outdoor shower had excellent water pressure and was large enough to have your towels on the bench and not get wet. Each day that we came back from the bench everyone got rinsed off before walking into the house. Pamela was also wonderful and responsive to all our needs. Her caretaker Yom showed up right away when something minor broke. And Pamela texted me while we were on the ferry to make sure all had gone well. She sent me a feedback form so that I could tell her what was great and what was not so great. She's going to change the dining room chairs and replace the bed in the upstairs "master" that has sky lights. 2 of the rooms upstairs have en suite bathrooms. The other 2 share a hall bathroom. All in all, this is a fabulous house for a large crowd. And I can't say enough about Pamela and Yom.
