Perfect for a girls getaway!

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and close to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The views were spectacular! Would love to stay again.

San Diego Dream House

We had an amazing family vacation experience with Drift Vacation Homes. The home we stayed in was the best beach house we have ever had the privilege of staying in. It was immaculate. The furniture was well taken care of, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were well thought of. We were two families of 4 and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms so we never felt cramped for space. The views were incredible, the sound of the waves put us to sleep every night, and we were directly on the beach, separated by just a bike path. We were also within walking distance of shops, coffee houses, restaurants, and a market. We can't wait to book again!

Perfect Vacation

We have traveled to Mission Beach many times over the last 12 years and this was by far the best vacation we have ever had. The remodel on this home is absolutely beautiful! We loved it before but it is hands down now one of the best rentals on the boardwalk. You will not be disappointed by the roof top deck, the comfortable beds and the location. Thank you so much for an amazing and unforgettable getaway.

Book this home!!

This home is everything you except & more. Pictures resemble the property but don't do the justice of how nice it really is. The owners did a wonderful job on the home. It has everything you need for your stay including a pak-n-play! All instructions are very clear and the managers were easy to communicate with the whole time. Book the home - you wont regret it at all!!

College Bound Get Together

We had a family get together before our Grandson leaves for college. This property was perfect! The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with every thing we needed. I can't think of anything I would change and we will definitely rent here again. Communication with property management was a 10.

We just had the most amazing beach getaway The space was absolutely perfect for families—super clean, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything you’d need when traveling with kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, plus cozy spots for downtime after a long day in the sun.The best part? Easy, stress-free beach access. No long walks, no hauling gear for miles—just a quick stroll and your toes are in the sand. It made spontaneous beach trips with the kids so much easier (and way more enjoyable).The kids loved it—endless sandcastle building, splashing in the waves, and coming back to a comfortable space that felt like home. And as parents, we appreciated how safe and convenient everything felt.If you’re looking for a kid-friendly beach stay that combines comfort, location, and ease, this kind of spot is hard to beat

Ocean View Deck Dreams

We really enjoyed our stay in South Mission over the Memorial Day weekend with another couple. The house was clean and fresh and even stocked with bags of ice upon arrival, and looked as good or better than the photos. All windows were spotless so you could see the gorgeous ocean view in the family room even with the doors closed. Additionally, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the beautiful view from the huge deck! We enjoyed a champagne toast up there upon arrival, sunning up there in the day on the deck chairs, and loved going up there in the evening after dinner with a bottle of wine to enjoy the ocean sounds by the warmth of the fire pit. Would definitely stay again. Only note is there is no A/C so if there happens to be a summer heatwave the bedrooms could get a bit warm. They do stock extra fans just in case, though. Would definitely rent again!
