This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is only available for monthly summer rentals and is the ideal home away from home for an extended stay on Seabrook Island. Guests have access to the Lake House pools and beaches and Seabrook Island Club amenity cards may be purchased to enjoy outstanding recreational facilities during your stay.

This classic Ocean Winds Villa is on the upper level with warm and welcoming interiors and a magnificent screened-in sunroom with cozy seating areas and a small dining table, perfect for morning coffee or remote work with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen amenities and is open to the living area with a pass through to the dining side.

3020 Ocean Winds comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 beautifully decorated ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and offers a king bed and private en suite bath with double vanity, shower, and separate tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower and Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a full private bathroom and a tranquil deck.

Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity cards for your stay, please contact our local reservations team.

Pool Access: Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. Amenity cards may be purchased to access two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: The beach is only about a 6 minute walk from this Ocean Winds villa.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) well behaved small dog, maximum weight limit of 30 lbs. is permitted. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles at this home and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car passes are an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
