Hale Pali (Cliff House) est une maison spectaculaire (non-fumeurs) OCEANFRONT surplombant le Pacifique bleu. Nous sommes tout à fait d’accord avec nos clients qui ont déclaré avec enthousiasme: «Il n’ya rien qui se compare à la réalité sur l’eau» - quel meilleur moyen de profiter du son des vagues et de l’odeur de la mer.

La maison est joliment décorée avec goût et dispose de meubles en teck.

Vous adorerez cuisiner dans la cuisine gastronomique entièrement conçue et conçue par Rick Hartman.

Vous pouvez vous rafraîchir en plongeant dans notre piscine «naturelle» (non chauffée) de 3 000 gallons ou tout simplement en vous détendant en vous prélassant au soleil sur notre petite plage privée de sable blanc. Vous pouvez également choisir de vous détendre dans le lanai de notre hamac ombragé.

Si vous avez besoin de rester connecté, vous pouvez le faire via WIFI GRATUIT.

Une journée parfaite commence alors que vous êtes assis sur le mur de mer en sirotant Kona Coffee et en regardant la mer. Vous serez émerveillé par le spectaculaire «trou de mine» qui ajoute à la splendeur d'OCEANFRONT de notre maison balnéaire.

Si vous recherchez une relaxation hors du commun. Nous pensons que la sérénité que vous trouverez ici fait que les 45 minutes de route au sud de Kona Village en valent la peine.

À propos des propriétaires: Carl et Deborah vivent ici depuis près de 40 ans sur la grande île. Ils habitent une ferme de 12 hectares située à seulement 15 minutes de la montagne du Beach House. Ils sont tous deux conseillers d'école à la retraite après plus de 30 ans de carrière et sont des Sanun State State Alum qui ont quitté la région de la Baie.

Hale Pali opère de manière continue depuis 2006 et Carl & Deb déclarent que leur domaine de prédilection, Hale Pali, est de rencontrer des invités de tous les coins du monde.

This is the perfect place for those who don't want to be around a lot of noisy people. It is a very large home right now the water. The sunsets are spectacular! It was the perfect location to be able to travel to all the renowned beaches (Black Sand, Green Sand, and Pebbles Beach), along with getting to the Volcano National Park within a decent amount of time. The owners are great and very friendly. We are so pleased we got to meet them in person.

We wish that we had had more time to take advantage of this lovely home with the amazing views and a small, cozy natural pool. We spent so much time exploring the amazing “Big Island” that we ran out of time! The house was wonderful and we truly felt that we were living the Hawaii life. No AC-no problem with the many fans and ocean breezes. If we ever have the chance to go back, we would definitely stay at Carl and Deb’s Hale. The large kitchen had all we needed and more, to include the pet gecko. We had no idea exactly what the location would be like before we went, but quickly got used to roads and switchbacks. It was like a carnival ride by the end of our too short week and the best part were the spectacular views going up and down . Beds were comfy and the wrap around porch was amazing. Travel time to the National Park wasn’t bad at all. It was about 1 1/2 hours but with the landscape views it goes my quickly. It takes about 15-20 minutes from the house to get up the hill to the main road but again, it was no problem. Next time we go back we want to just stay at the hale and relax, watch the marine life swim by, and the green flash as the sun sets over the horizon. BTW - if you do visit the island, check out the Shaka Guide. We did all 5 of the island tours and found them all very informative and helpful. In closing, we loved this home!

It was a unique stay in a very special house right by the sea. Deborah and Carl are wonderful hosts, and you can tell at all times that they don't just rent out this house, but really take care of it and prepare a special place for their guests.We were here for almost a week and enjoyed our stay to the fullest, from the first view of the sea in the morning to the last sip of wine on the veranda in the evening.We can wholeheartedly recommend the house and were very happy to meet Carl and his wife.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hosts Carl and Deb were easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. We loved how secluded we were and the private water pond is way bigger than the pictures show. This was a really nice feature every morning and every evening. The house is equipped with all you need. Coolers, beach stuff, fully stocked kitchen. Beds and linens super comfy and comes with a whole drawer of sun tan lotion! We will be return guests for sure!

Quiet Sanctuary

I’m always looking for a quiet place to get away from all of today’s modern stress. The house layout is perfect as you can rest inside and still see all the views or relax on the generous lanai. Walk down to view the ocean and schools of fish by the cliff. And best of all enjoy the plunge pool which is bigger than the pictures indicate. Loved our time here. Thank you to Deb and Carl for their hospitality.

Perfect escape from the chaos of life!

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing sounds of the ocean, cool breezes,….everything we look for when we want to escape. Awesome house with all the amenities you would want ! This is our third time renting from Carl and Deborah….we look forward to our next visit (hopefully during whale watching season)!

Nice home in a very remote location

The House was nice, the views were amazing. The issue we had was the remote location. The nearest market OceanView takes 45 minutes round trip. All attractions are very distant. The property owners are very responsive and kept us informed. In the future I will likely choose Waikoloa side of the island. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you.

Our family had an amazing stay here, everything about this house is beautiful. If you get the opportunity to meet Carl and Deb, I highly recommend it as they are the warmest, friendliest couple and our evening visiting with them was one of the highlights of our trip.

Just Wonderful!

so beautiful so relaxing- one of the best places we have ever stayed. on the water, gorgeous views and sunsets. home is so well appointed and there are so many “spaces” to be - inside and out. fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds, just beautiful and high end. stars at night are unbelievable. hosts are the absolute best. would stay again and again and again.

We loved every minute in this beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We did not spend a whole lot of time hanging out inside the house because the lanai was to die for. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets! Nice breezes to keep you comfortable. Our group loved this home and would return in a heartbeat. Mahalo!!!

Carl and Deborah Ramsey have resided on the Big Island for more than 40 years. They are San Francisco State Alum and moved to the islands from the Bay Area. Carl and Deb are retired after many years of rewarding work counseling in the Hawaii Island public school system (who ever thought up the idea of RETIREMENT sure knew what they were doing!)
Their residence is an 8 1/2 acre farm just up the mountainside from the beach house. Although the crops are not extensive, Deborah does grow some Kona Coffee.

Meeting fascinating guests from all around the planet is the best part of owning and operating Hale Pali, they say. Please come and join them along the beautiful and peaceful south kona coast.
