This home exceeded all of our expectations! Our host Gregg was very accommodating and even met us at the house to welcome us to his beautiful custom home. The house is very well-stocked and nicely furnished. Its location can’t be beat. We were able to enjoy sunsets from the deck; barbecue; swim & snorkel at the beach in front of the house; hike two coastal trails; and travel easily from the house to Volcano National Park. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. We’ve stayed at a number of rental homes and this one is at the top of our list.

The host was very welcoming and took extra steps to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house is a well designed, well thought out place making our stay very relaxing and peaceful. The ocean can be viewed from every room. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked.

The house is in perfect order with everything you would need. The view is incredible. The sunsets spectacular. Gregg was the quintessential host - excellent communication, friendly, and helpful with local suggestions. This owner built house attended to every detail in design and comfort and aesthetic.

This was our second visit to this beautiful vacation home and we loved it just as much as our first! The home is clean and so well cared for - the kitchen has all the amenities we needed to cook multiple family meals. We enjoyed the incredible views over coffee each morning… and the Kona Paradise hill makes for a great workout if you’re up to it!! Gregg is an excellent host, we can’t wait to return again soon…

Had an amazing stay at the beach house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The house was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The best part was the gorgeous view of the ocean and the amazing sunsets. Our stay exceeded our expectations, wish we could have stayed longer.

This was an absolutely wonderful day! The house was immaculate, and everything was perfect. Views of the ocean at the end of the street and across from pebble Beach! Easily the best option to stay anywhere near the Captain Cook area. We loved being immersed in nature away from the crowds. The host was wonderful and very communicative. One of our best stays yet!

We could not be more pleased or impressed with our stay. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful, and the home and property were absolutely stunning. Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time exploring the coast with this as our home base! Home was beautiful inside and out with many thoughtful touches throughout. View was incredible and great snorkeling right in pebble beach. Excellent communication! Definitely recommend staying here!

Spectacular sunsets. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations with gourmet kitchen.

I will stay here again as soon as I can return to the Big Island. Ideal location for all the day trips we took to Hawi, Hilo, the National Volcano Park, Kona Farmers Market.

This house was perfect in every way! Private and secluded with comfortable beds, AC in rooms, outdoor showers, views for days (perfect for sunset) and the kitchen had everything we needed and seconds away from Pebble Beach.
