Disfrute de las fabulosas vistas del puerto / océano ubicadas en esta casa de 4 dormitorios, 3 baños con techos abiertos con vigas y una amplia área para comer. Den proporciona área de dormir adicional (como 5 º dormitorio). 11 plazas. Ideal para parejas, familias y Reuniones.

Situado en un tranquilo barrio residencial a sólo 2 cuadras de la playa de Seabright. Es un corto paseo de la histórica Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf, "Crows Nest" (un restaurante maravilloso Oceanside y el bar - que puede ser visto a través del puerto de nuestra casa), "Aldo" (renombrada para el desayuno o el almuerzo) , Harborside de Johnny y otros grandes restaurantes y vida nocturna. Se puede alquilar un kayak o tomar un crucero al atardecer en el catamarán Chardonay. ¡Tantas opciones disponibles desde esta excelente ubicación!

A solo 10 minutos en automóvil de Capitola, y de 30 a 45 minutos en automóvil de Monterey y Carmel.

Esta casa tiene 3 niveles. Se entra en el nivel de entrada, donde se encuentra la sala de estar, zona de comedor, cocina, sala (con sofá que se convierte en cama de tamaño completo), baño completo y terraza con parrilla de barbacoa y muebles de exterior.

Hasta 1 planta está el dormitorio principal (cama de matrimonio), cuarto de baño completo, balcón pequeño y altillo.

Abajo de un nivel de la entrada, encontrará 3 habitaciones (incluida una gran área de bono / sala de estar con 2 camas individuales), baño completo, lavadora / secadora y terraza (con ducha al aire libre). 1er dormitorio tiene una cama king. El 2do dormitorio tiene una cama King y 2 camas individuales y el 3er dormitorio (el área de asientos / bonus tiene 2 camas individuales).

Overall it is a beautiful property and a nice stay. Wish they had lights on the walk path especially for someone older. It was close by to the venues especially Roaring camp where my son got married. Would definitely stay there again.

Family gathering for a 91st birthday surprise.

Perfect amount of space for 3 families with kids and grandkids aged 2,7 and 10. Clean and stocked well with kitchen needs. Loved waking up to the sounds and sights of the harbor. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful, Clean and Perfect

The property has beautiful views of harbor, very spacious, clean, easy to contact the property manager, she is a very nice and kind person, close to Boardwalk, (19 min walk or 5 min on car) in a very good area, perfect for a little family reunion. We really enjoyed it!!

Great Spot!!!

Excellent access to fun spots in Santa Cruz. Walkable community. Spectacular views. Easy access to grocery stores. Great place to have a large family meal with plenty of dining and deck space. Cleaners could be more thorough in their attention to bathrooms and kitchen areas.

Great neighborhood- wonderful home layout

Everything was wonderful with terrific rooms for us and great kitchen and dining, I would give 6 stars, but the place REALLY needs a deep cleaning. We opened (and washed) windows, bought detergent, washed sheets, and dishes, vacuumed and dusted. Then we had a fantastic stay. There is a short walk to the lighthouse (and Aldo’s restaurant) and beach. We drove down to the Monterey aquarium (1 hour). Our personal Chef, Mark Gallagher, was fabulous for New Years Eve. The host was terrific and very helpful.

This property has the most incredible view of the Harbor and It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. I have nothing but nice things to say about the whole experience. Thank you!!

Great 35th Birthday

I took some family members to this property to celebrate my 35th birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. Centrally located with a ton of great places to walk to. Kirk and Diana were so easy to communicate with and their check-in instructions were easy to follow! The photos of this home do not compare to seeing this property in person, beautiful view, lots of space (11 in our group), clean and comfy! We can not wait to plan another trip at “The Harbor House”

Perfect for family vacation

This was our first time staying at this property. It was perfect for 3 couples, with plenty of room both inside and out. We enjoyed spending time on the deck watching the yachts in the harbor. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice, especially the kitchen which was noted as being “small” in several reviews. We found the space was laid out perfectly and really appreciated having a pantry to store food. We are hoping to return again.

Check in was easy. Had all the conveniences. Cleanliness was so, so, there was mold on the master bathrooms bathmat. Ran out of toilet paper.. Had to kill 2 black widows. Easy to follow directions for check out and communication with manager was good. Would definately come back.

Great Location, great house

Overall the experience was very good. I want to be honest about the place. The location is perfect. Everything is very walkable and the floor plan of the house is very accomodating for a large group. The house has had some updates done in the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring that are very nice. It also came fully stocked with the necessities for our stay (i.e. paper towels, TP, dishes, etc.). I would concur with one of the past reviews, that although the house has been surface cleaned, it could use a deep clean. Additionally, the furniture in the living area needs to be updated and some areas of the decking need repair. Overall, the location, the floor plan and easy check-in make it a nice place to stay. The next time we need a beach fix this will be on the top of our list.

Great week

We had a great week at this wonderful house. Bright and airy, large but cozy. Enough room for 3 generations ( 4 kids ages 7-12, 2 sets of parents and 2 grandfolks) to spread out and/or be together. Pleasant walk to a perfect beach, close enough to the fun boardwalk, within walking distance to good restaurants. We just wonder why we had to supply own towels or pay $100 to have them supplied! We have stayed in perhaps 30 rentals in the past 4 years and NEVER have been asked to do that. Otherwise, no complaints.

I have never stayed in such a dirty property! Food on the doors of the cabinets in the kitchen. Dishes needed to be washed to be used. Dishwasher is probably 30 to 40 years old. Rodent poops in the living room!

Great view and location, several dirty/broken items

Pros: amazing view of the harbor, close to beaches, boardwalk etc; most of the beds were comfortable, host dropped off more supplies when needed, kitchen cabinets and washer/dryer new Cons: both balconies had multiple loose railings which was very stressful for little kids, lots of dust everywhere, previous party decorations were left up, they do not provide any kind of towels/hand towels/washclothes unless paid an additional fee, broken lamps, several outlets/light switches broken, master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and metal frame broken underneath, interior doors do not close all the way, bathrooms very dated, outdoor shower not functional.

Mixed review

The best way to describe our stay at this property is by listing pros and cons. The location was very good, within walking distance to Seabright Beach and local eateries. The deck off the main floor provided good seating and space for enjoying the water view. The good sized great room was bright with ample seating in the dining area and at the kitchen counter. The upstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom was comfortable and private. The three queen beds in the house were comfortable. The bathrooms were okay. Parking was ample on the garage driveway. The big disappointment was the strong, damp, musty smell which was very noticeable when we entered the house. It came from the lower level which housed two bedrooms and a sleeping porch. The odor permeated the area where six out of eight people slept and it was not pleasant. The single beds in the sleeping porch were lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The two lower level bedrooms each had a very small closet which were cluttered with extra pillows and duvets on the floor and shelf, leaving minimal room for clothes. There was mold on the lower level bathroom ceiling. The living room suite needs to be deep cleaned or replaced as the covering was very soiled. A new coffee maker, a tea kettle and decent sized coffee mugs would be good additions in the kitchen. To end on a positive note, the owner was very helpful in promptly returning my call about a garbage issue and sending on an item left behind at the house.
