It’s within walking distance to the historic Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf, “Crows Nest” (a wonderful Oceanside restaurant and bar – which can be seen across the harbor from our home), “Aldo’s” (renowned for breakfast or lunch), Johnny's Harborside and other great restaurants and nightlife. You can rent a Kayak or take a Sunset Cruise on the Chardonay Catamaran. So many options available from this great location!

Only 10 driving minutes to nearby Capitola, and 45 to 60 minute drive to Monterey and Carmel.

The house is approx. 2,150 sq ft and on 3 levels.

You enter on the entry level where you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, den, full bathroom, and deck with Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. Den, with couch that can convert to full size bed, can be completely closed off to provide an additional private room.

Up 1 level is the master bedroom (king bed), full bath, and small balcony.

Down 1 level from the entry you will find 2 bedrooms, a large bonus/sitting area, full bathroom, washer/dryer and deck (with outdoor shower). 1st downstairs bedroom has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has a king bed & and 1 twin bed. 2 twin beds are located in the bonus/sitting area.

Childrens Play Pen and High Chair on premises.

Fully Equipped Kitchen includes Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender and Coffee Makers.

2-3 Cars may park in front of garage (depending on size of cars), and street parking may also be available (does not require a permit). Garage may also be available for additional fee.

We normally ask our renters to bring their own bath towels. However, if needed, we can provide for an additional fee (per person per set). Please advise in advance if you would like to have provided, and how many sets.
