Very nice but with typical beach wear and tear. Several things were fixed while we were there but upper deck door still does not latch. With large family — not enough silverware — especially spoons and forks. No dressers/shelves in bedrooms for clothing. Enjoyed our stay and would consider again

We had friends and family come to bring in 2025. We had a great time. Everyone had their own space. The views from the living area were fabulous. It would be nice if you had some seafood utensils(for oysters and crabs). But we made do. Lived the big kitchen and the fireplace. Just for future reference. It’s not worth paying for the heated pool when the nights are so cold. The host told us but I thought it would be at least warm enough for the kids to swim in. It was t. I appreciate that they told us to bring extra toilet paper and dish clothe. I wouldn’t have done it if they hadn’t of told us. We loved the house and will look at doing it again

House was wonderful for our 60th bday party get together!! The views were astounding and the double lot was so appreciated for parking!! Pool level is great and lots of furniture options… think the upper deck maybe could have a little more for parties and comfortable seating? But all in all, it is as wonderful!! Sofas a little low for older folks to get in and out of (we had an amputee with us so was more pronounced for us).
