"The Hidden Gem" in Spring Run offers golf, tennis, pool & restaurants!

You are invited to stay at the "Hidden Gem", a beautifully appointed condo in the highly sought after golf community of Spring Run. Spring Run is a gated country club community with a fabulous private championship golf course, tennis, bocce, exercise facility, several club restaurant, outdoor bar, fire pit area, heated club pool and hot tub, etc.

Our freshly updated, smoke free home is the Cormorant coach house model, one of the largest models in the community with over 1800 sq. ft under air, plus a large lanai and an attached garage. Nestled toward the end of a cul-de-sac in the Hidden Lakes community, this 2nd floor home has two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a huge eat-in-kitchen, extra-large den/office, spacious living and dining space, vaulted ceilings and a private, fully screened lanai that overlooks the water on the 12th hole. The lake and golf course view are amazing. You'll never got tired of looking at them!

The newly furnished living room offers plenty of seating and a 70-inch smart television. The master bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable king bed with luxury linens, 2 nightstands, dresser and a TV. The spacious master bathroom has double sinks, a toilet room, a newly renovated walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom, with two twin beds is located at the front of the unit. Also at the front of the unit is the den which boost a new, queen-sized sofa sleeper for last minute guests or children as well as a TV, desk, chair and printer. We have the highest available internet speed so working or streaming your favorite movies and shows will be seamless.

We have an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes a coffee/wine station, pantry, breakfast bar, and all the pots, pans and kitchen gadgets needed to ensure you can make your favorite meals or desserts. The unit also has a brand new, extra-large capacity HD washer and a dryer.

You can find a BBQ grill in the common area about 200 feet from our front door. At the beginning of the street is the neighborhoods heated pool and hot tub. There are also BBQ grilles there for your use.

The Spring Run par 72 course was professionally designed by Gordon Lewis with five tees available for all levels of players, and plays from 4,466 to 6,989 yards. The course was reseeded in 2022 and is a certified Audubon sanctuary. There is an additonal fee of $372.75 if you want all the club benefits (golf, tennis, bocce, use of club pool,spa, and gym, and access to the restaurants). This fee will be collected directly by the owner after booking and is non-refundable. Renters are responsible for booking their own tee times and paying the associated fees.

All guests MUST complete a home owners lease agreement, an association lease application (they charge a $100 processing fee) and a Spring Run community application. They charge a $159.75 processing fee. Fees are included in the price quoted. Spring Run charges a membership transfer fee of $372.75 if you want all the club benefits (golf, tennis, bocce, use of club pool, spa, and gym, and access to the restaurants). This fee is optional and not included in the VRBO quoted price.

Spring Run requires 10 business days to review and approve the application, so please do not book any stays fewer than 14 business days into the future to allow for paperwork submission.

While here, visiting the white sandy beaches at Bonita Beach is a must. It is only a few miles away. We have coolers, towels, and beach chairs available for your use. If you love shopping and dining, you'll love Coconut Creek. Its a picturesque outdoor mall featuring over 140 stores and a multitude of dining options. It's just a mile down the street. If you prefer bargain shopping, Miromar Outlet mall is a quick 10 minute drive.
