An Absolutely Amazing Spot With Plenty of Room, Direct Beach Access, and Accommodating Hosts!

This was an absolutely amazing spot! We were a group of 17 total and everyone had a place to unwind and plenty of room to get together. The boardwalk directly to the beach was unbeatable. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider booking when we come back to OBX next year!

We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. The beds were really comfortable, too! The pool was a huge bonus, too. Very comfortable vacation accommodations for a large family with kids.

Super Clean, Close to the Beach, and Perfect for Relaxing

We had a great time. Very short walk to the beach. Great outdoor area with huge porches, hot tub, hammock, and pool. Three minute drive to the grocery store and lots of restaurants. The only very minor complaint we had was there were several items that could be updated or fixed. For example a couple broken beach items, some of the furniture is wobbly or damaged, and you can’t play the Pac-Man game because it doesn’t allow you to move either up or down. Very minor things that did not affect our enjoyment! It was super clean. Very responsive host. We would definitely stay again.

We love spending time as a family together by the water and we are excited to share this home with you. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy each other’s company. The sunsets are beautiful, the waves are calming and you can watch your kids play in the sand for hours on end. Plus, it’s just a short 78 steps away and nothing to worry about with the little ones, as there are no roads to cross, the path to the beach is right outside our door.

This coastal home was designed by Jennifer Overton, a licensed architect and designer, with a focus on light, airflow, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The architecture reflects a modern coastal aesthetic, with intentional design choices that enhance both comfort and oceanfront living One of our unique benefits is our guest service, attention to detail and fully supported set up at the house so you don't feel like you need anything when you are on vacation.
