Denna enorma 3 berÀttelse 4.300+ s. f. havsutsikt hem byggt 2007 med sovrum pÄ varje vÄning Àr idealiskt belÀget pÄ Cinnamon strandfÀlt i Cinnamon Beach, en av N. E. Floridas frÀmsta gated underavdelningar. Inkluderar 5 sovrum, 4 badrum, Master svit med vÄt bar, privat balkong för varje sovrum, utsikt över sjön och solnedgÄngar i trÀdgÄrden (direkt pÄ sjön i baksidan), havsutsikt och soluppgÄngar i framsidan (havet ligger tvÀrs över gatan framför ), 2 fullt utrustade tvÀttstugor, 2 stora platt-TV med kabel, 2 mindre platt-TV i sovrum.

Reser du med ditt husdjur? VÀl uppförda hundar 65 kilo eller mindre anses mot en extra avgift. Kaklat utanför dold dusch dold under trappan Àr perfekt efter en dag pÄ stranden eller de tvÄ poolerna bredvid. Master bad har stort badkar med utsikt över havet. Klubbhuset har ett gym, biljardbord, spelrum och café. GÄng / cykelleder löper genom hela underavdelningen som ocksÄ har en golfbana som gÄr igenom den. Beach walkover ligger precis intill poolen vid havet. Our stay at this beach home was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, only steps from the sand, with ocean views that made every morning feel like a postcard. The house itself was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully maintained. We especially appreciated the small touches like travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste, along with fresh towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals in, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for barbecueing and watching the sunset. Hosts Steve and Tammy put care into every detail to make guests feel welcome, and communication was quick and clear. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free beach getaway.

Family vacation was fabulous. The house is well laid out, proximity to the clubhouse & ocean was ideal, rooms are spacious, well stocked with beach towels, kitchen ware, TVs in every room, game room, Graco playpen, etc. Something to please everyone in our extended family of 9 (7 adults & 2 children)

Our 1st time staying at Sadie’s place and the house is stunning! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my family of 11. The location of the property was in perfect proximity for our family with small children, just a few short steps to the pool and beach. The owner was very efficient in responding to all of my questions. We definitely plan to return next year for another fantastic stay at Sadie’s place!

A wonderful place to stay

We had such a great time at this house! We had 10 women stay at this house to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday and it was very clean and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable. It would be a great house for families, too. Thank you for letting us stay for the weekend!

Amazing location & property for our family!

We highly recommend this property! The owners answered all of our questions & were very responsive through the booking process & our vacation. The property is amazing location to the pools and ocean. For our group of 11, it was perfect with the 3 levels so each family had their own space/bathrooms/laundry/balcony. The beds were very comfy and we slept great and neighborhood felt very clean, safe, relaxing, and quiet. We can't wait to return in the future! The Carlsons

Palm Coast Beauty

This was our first stay on Cinnamon Beach and won’t be our last. Steve and Tammy were wonderful and we didn’t have one issue. The house is comfortable and roomy enough for three families. The location next to the club pools was wonderful for the kids and adults. There is as lovely cafe at the main pool that served great drinks and food. The adults loved ending the day on one of the many porches for conversation and a glass of wine. Thanks again to our hosts❀

Great home. Provides the ability to bring a large family together where everyone one feels they have a separate space while being part of the whole experience. Great Location

Property is beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We did encounter a few issues with the home , all minor, but also unfortunate to our stay. Communication was difficult as cell service wasn't the best, not did we have great Wi-Fi during our stay. Communicating via the VBRO app proved to be difficult for us. The owners were on a vacation themselves so that added to the communicating issues...and we hated to bother them while they too were on a vacation. But all in all a great place and I'd recommend this house for your stay in Palm Coast/Cinnamon Beach.

Beautiful property but upkeep sadly neglected

Gorgeous home, our second stay....but.... Upon arrival from a 10 hour drive at 8 pm the fire alarm goes off...we call property manager and were told she could not help us. Had to fix it ourselves, buy batteries. Dryer broken on middle floor washer broken on top floor...had to carry all laundry up and down stairs. Peanuts and food crumbs on floor of kitchen, floors in bathrooms unclean. Dead bugs under pillows of main floor bedding. Light bulbs out in 50 percent of lamps. For the large rental price we expect cleanliness, not to fix problems, replace bulbs, and deal with broken appliances. Upkeep of all outdoor furniture is zero. This is all a shame because the house itself and location are lovely.

Complete Relaxation

This is our 2nd year staying here and let me tell you, it never disappoints! The house is amazing and the owners are beyond accommodating. The community is always lively and clean. We love taking our family here as it has everything we need including pools, easy access to the beach and friendly people.

Great beach house next to pools and beach

Extremely well appointed property with everything you could need. Our oldest immediately took over the ground floor, calling it his "basement house." All the rooms were clean and cozy. Our daughter loved the kids room with bunk bed. All had a good time. We'll definitely be back!

The home was built with views in mind from every floor front and rear of home.
