    This house is amazing. The gazebo in the deck provides a shady perch with 270 degree views of the water where you can hang out from breakfast to sundown.This was by far the cleanest and most well equipped vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Sharp knives! Tons of beach chairs and umbrellas! Comfy beds! Sonos in every room, free beach pass good for several cars on the very chill, beautiful easy-access West Island beach… I could go on. Oh and the owners are super helpful and friendly.Five stars!

    From the boiling water tap to the tiny, translucent water, sandy, swimmable beach around the corner, this house exceeds expectations. Well situated directly on the bay, the house accommodated our three family party of 8 with spacious common areas and a beautiful deck and pergola. Furnishings and household items are top shelf, but un-fussy. Shelf and closet labelling encouraged easy retrieval and return of housewares and utensils. Fishing, boating, swimming and seashore exploration are right out the door. Thanks to Bill, our host contact, who was helpful and timely responding to our questions. This is one of the best house we have ever rented for summer vacation.

    The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Great kitchen very well stocked. The gorgeous deck would be delightful in good weather. We were dealing with snow and windchill and spent most of our time in the comfy living room sitting around the fire, enjoying the view. Owner was very helpful and answered text quickly.This house is great for a get away any time of year!

    Had a wonderful time in this gorgeous home. The location was gorgeous, and the sunsets were amazing. The home had everything you'd need and more. The host, I can't say enough about him, he was responsive, helpful, down to earth and simply amazing to deal with. If you're looking for a spot to unwind this is the place. Wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend!

    Beautiful property!

    Three couples over 70 on a getaway. The house is spacious, comfortable, and spotless! We had incredible weather for late October so we enjoyed the deck and the nearby town beach. We ate at Bayside, Bocco and Mike’s - all excellent!

    The house was beautiful and the view really was stunning! It was so nice to have a lot of seating both inside and outside. We loved sitting outside during the day and around the fire at night. Ping pong and darts were a big hit as well. Our family had an amazing time and we hope to visit again when we’re in the area.     Great house and location

    The house was perfect for our family and children. The outdoor space is amazing and there was plenty for the kids (kayaks, ping pong, chairs, toys, games, etc). The house was clean and had everything we needed - the kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan/utensil and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. Location is great and Bill was very responsive.

    Beautiful location and home

    My family stayed here for a weekend and loved it! Right on the ocean with a private beach, and a public beach a mile away. Bill was kind enough to let us use his beach chairs and kayak, which we took full advantage of. With multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, this is a perfect place for a getaway weekend with your family or friends! We hope to stay again

    Great Island Retreat

    My family and I had a wonderful island retreat. The house was more than we could have asked for and the location and views were stunning. We had a great time cooking and dining in the deck taking in the views. The kids loved playing in the backyard and on the private beach access. The beach in the other side of the island was a fun time too. We would definitely visit again!

    This was a stunning home. Everything was perfect from the views outside to the beautiful interior. Everything you could need was provided. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. Close to town and near ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

    Wonderful Stay!

    Our family stayed at this home while in town for the Army vs. Navy game in December. The house was clean, warm and very welcoming. Communication from the owner was excellent as were his restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the house and area so much we are considering a summer get-a-way there in the future to enjoy the outside patio and beach more. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Beautiful Waterfront Home

    My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was immaculate and was stocked with just about anything you could need. The views of the bay were amazing and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Bill was a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend this house!!!
