Afterward, this cozy home awaits you. Its perfect location makes it difficult to decide whether to spend the evening in or out on the town. Fine dining and nightlife are just around the corner! Wherever your evening takes you, you're guaranteed to enjoy it! This spacious, perfectly placed villa will be your home away from home for your next vacation.

Modernized property w fab new appliances and wonderful art. The beach pass is the key - I wouldn’t come again without it. AC not working when we left and the Internet service has a mind of its own. If you require internet for insulin shots, you might look at another property. Sorry, but this was a medical negative for us. Otherwise, the house was GREAT!

Terrific cottage near the beach. Perfect for us two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very clean, organized and had everything we needed and wanted. Wonderful location made it easy to get around Delray Beach and visit our family. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic host with great communication. Brilliant property in the best location - loved Delray - the house is just beautiful with parking and all the amenities you’d need. Restaurants, beach, cool shops, cafes and bars a few mins walk. Will be back!

From the moment we stepped through the door it looked like an interior decorator. Just finished this contemporary beach, Villa steps from the sand shopping and amazing restaurants. I love this place. I’ll be back again if I recommend it which I would highly, I may never get a chance to rent again. The host answered all of my questions and I really wanted to rent the golf cart they had but unfortunately, we did not have time but still so much fun and very relaxing the pictures do not do it justice. Enjoy.

Absolutely wonderful stay!We had such an amazing experience at this home. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The attention to detail was obvious — from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout the house.The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed (The Beach and shops!!)The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check-in and check-out effortless. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Perfect place!

This property is updated and well-kept! It's in the perfect location to the beach and downtown Delray and has all the amenities you will need! An added bonus were the front and back porches! We will definitely stay here again!

Great beach location!

This is the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful beach and lively downtown of Delray Beach. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. The beach pass provided was a huge benefit with chairs and umbrella. The unit was very clean and had every amenity needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this property!!

Great place!

This was our second time staying at this lovely property. Wonderful location- close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. The place is very clean and there was plenty of beach stuff (chairs, wagon, towels, toys) to use during our stay- I highly recommend!

Yet another fabulous stay!

This was our third time staying at this beautiful beach cottage and first time since the renovations. We love the location, easy walk to the beach and Atlantic Ave. They have everything you need for the beach and the place has plenty of space. We loved this house before and now it looks even better with beautiful recent renovations. We highly recommend!

The home is just beautiful. Modern furnishings and spotless! The house comes with everything you need. Fantastic location- so close to beach and restaurants and shops. The host responds to inquiries in a very timely manner. Would definitely go back again.
