The property is a short drive to New Smyrna Beach with 13 miles of white sandy beaches and an additional 21 miles of beach in the beautiful national park. The salt river is 3 mins away which offers great fishing or just spot dolphin & manatees from the shore. National parks surround this area, Great restaurants , unique shops and special events on historical Flagler Ave & Canal St. With oldie cars lined up down a palm tree coastal small town street every 2nd Sat & a farmer's market. Fun for all ages and centrally located if you're interested in making day trips. Disney and all the parks Universal , Epcot are 45 minutes away. Daytona Beach 500 is 20 minutes away and they have races thru out the year. A large surfing water park is coming soon and if you'd like to see a launch, you can actually see them 3 minutes away from this property at the river. Airports are Daytona Beach 20 mins away, Orlando International 45 mins away, Sanford Orlando 40 mins away & Melbourne is 1 hour away.
