Thank you so much for your review and for bringing these items to our attention. We did have someone come by to charge the battery and check the garage door, and everything appeared to be working properly at that time. The dryer was also inspected, and the technician noted that if it’s overloaded, it can take longer to dry, but otherwise it’s functioning as expected. The property now has a new pool service, and the filter was replaced less than four months ago. With all the recent rain, extra chlorine is often needed, but we’ve shared your feedback with the new pool company to ensure everything stays in top shape. We truly appreciate your input and hope you had a wonderful stay overall. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Thanks so much for the nice review. We are happy to hear you all had a fun time. Your always welcome. Wishing you all the best. Cindy

We were happy to hear you had a nice time. We were a little perplexed after reading your review. We had let you know check in time was 4 PM. If the house is ready before that we are always happy to let folks check in earlier. The cleaners need time to make sure it’s nice for the next person’s arrival. There was a large party who left the same day you checked in. The broker went to the house and explained to you it is a ROKU TV and that you could put your info in and get the super bowl we have no codes on that TV. You said you were fine with all. We were wondering why you didn’t call us again if you were having a problem. It has spectrum TV which offers series, news, movies and then Roku any apps like Netflex, Disney etc. and the list goes on. Almost every rental used Roku and has Spectrum now. Just better choices. We hope you try us again down the road.

Thank you
