Ideal place to stay for quiet serene nature visit to HHI. Wish we had stayed longer. Very cozy and comfortable, friendly neighborhood too.

The house was just as we expected. Well appointed, very clean, nice outdoor space. The kitchen and bathrooms had been remodeled as was the kitchen. We would certainly come back!

We absolutely loved this home. The decor was beautiful and you made great use of the treehouse space, which can be challenging! Comfy beds, kitchen well-equipped.

We enjoyed our stay on Deer island, however the cost of the cleaning fee (which I normally have no issue paying) was a little disappointing when we were expected to clean more than I’ve ever been expected to clean at a VRBO or other rental. The rental itself was very pleasant but I would be hesitant to rent this one again because of the cleaning expectations.

You did not follow the directions well...it does not say dray every comforter and blanket to the washer and make a huge mess...simply start your dishes, used towels and strip the beds. Little overboard on your part!

Everything about this place was just a great place to stay. The house was so nice. We loved having the extra space for our 22 year old granddaughter. She loved having her own place,so to speak.Everything was neat, clean and welcoming. Meredith, our host, made herself available by texting us. Told us to ask her anything about the area. Restaurants, places to see, where to buy groceries and the movies. So this was a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The deer around this location were amazing and we enjoyed seeing them every day and where to buy food to feed them! Thank you Meredith

Great Property, Great Location

The tree house rental was amazing! Had a great view of the water and the privacy we wanted for our vacation. Walking distance to Harbour Toen and only a short drive to South Beach. Would highly recommend this property!

Deer Island Oasis

Location was the best, quiet, relaxing, just what we needed. We rented bikes and peddled all over HH, in our opinion the easiest way to see the island. Meredith was extremely responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

Great home for small family.

We have stayed in Hilton Head several times but this was our first time on Deer Island. This home was renovated nicely and very clean!!! Great place for a couple or small family. Check in was easy and the home had everything we needed. Quick walk to Harbor Town and easy bike ride to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home for your next getaway.

Location,location,location!

We absolutely loved staying on Deer Island, right in Harbor Town, but without the traffic and noise. The treehouse with multiple level desks and floor to ceiling windows was amazing. The house was just like the pictures, but the living area was bigger than I’d thought, plenty of room for the five of us to hang out.The kitchen was lovely with everything we needed. We couldn’t have had a better week, highly recommend!

Awesome treehouse! The decor is beautiful & well equipped.

We had a wonderful time in this treehouse. The decor is beautiful & well supplied. We loved the location. The deer were so friendly & even ate right out of our hands! Only issue we had was in figuring out how to use the bedroom television-we never did get it to work for us. We’d definitely come back!

Hidden Gem

I lived in HHI and have been visiting most of my life and this little house is a hidden gem!! So close to the hub of Harbour Town but tucked away in a quiet little corner that feels like you are in your own little treehouse. Our kids loved it and we enjoyed the quiet proximity to all of the amenities Sea Pines has to offer. The host was great to work with and the house was so cute and perfect for our family!
