Enjoy a relaxing Sea Pines vacation while staying at this beautifully decorated, two story villa with the most breathtaking rear lagoon view. Take in the view from the spacious screened in porch or simply by gazing out the window from the kitchen table. Just a quick 5 minute walk to our beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches-just use beach access #45 just across N. Sea Pines Drive. The bridge over the lagoon in back ends at a well maintained practice putting green that you can use. 1/2 mile to 600 acre forest preserve with horseback guided tours daily and electric boat echo tours. Bedroom configuration is first floor king suite, and two bedrooms upstairs, one with a second king bed and the other with two twins. All bathrooms are en suites. New furniture, new kitchen, and many new updates in the past few years, 75 Fairway is a guest favorite in our group. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring Harbor Town, South Beach, and the miles of winding paths. We also provide a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free WIFI, free tennis at South Beach and discounts on additional bike rentals. The pictures tell the story--all that is missing is you!

Great Location

We enjoyed staying here it is close to the beach and a quick bike or car ride to everything in Sea Pines. We had a great time staying here and enjoyed the porch, water view and seeing golfers!

Family vacation

Location and Comfort

Great location and the house had everything we needed and more. Quick walk/bike ride to tge beach and surrounding stores/restaurants etc. Our famiky had a lovely time and will be back.

So pleasant

The villa is perfectly situated between the beach and the forest preserve. Walk out the back door and you can sit by the water and enjoy the birds. Really peaceful.

Perfect Location

We love these villas! We stay in a different one each time we come to HH. The villa we stayed in recently was perfect! Very clean, nice open area, huge screened porch & had a great view. Very quiet area. I would highly recommend this villa. We will be staying here again!

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and well equipped. Great location with short walk or bike ride to beach, stables and forest preserve for fishing. View out back and screen porch were great. Good communication from host and easy check in/out. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect rental when visiting the annual RBC golf tournament.

This unit was everything as stated in the description. We were attending the RBC golf tournament in the Sea Pines Resort. Perfect location for the tournament, the beautiful Hilton Head Island beaches, and Harbor Town. Will definitely consider to return.

Great place to stay but beware of alligators

Property was great and well prepared for us. Beware of the alligators that do come out of the water and walk on land. Having two puppies we had to be on guard everytime we took them out.

Perfection!

Everything was easy! The property manager was great and so responsive during booking and answering any questions! The condo was perfect, walking distance to a remote beach or a quick bike to the beach club… we have been staying in Seapines 18 years and this might be our new favorite!!!

Great stay

My family and I traveled to Sea Pines to scatter my aunt’s ashes at sea. It was an emotional time for all of us, but this home helped bring us all together during a difficult time. The check in process was seamless and we enjoyed spending time together in the kitchen and living room area playing board games and cooking together. We also got to enjoy the screened porch facing the golf course and water. We look forward to coming back!

Loved it!

Me, my wife, and our fur babies had a great time here- loved the screened porch, watching the gators and birds, putting on the practice green and the short walk to the beach. Very conveniently located to all we wanted to do- only issue we noticed was the sliding door to screened porch is a little difficult to open and close- but that's no biggie- we loved it!

Great location

We have been coming to Sea Pines for 10 years. This property has a really nice enclosed porch that we enjoyed sitting in. It is a 5 min walk to one of the beach access or 10 min bike ride to beach club.We enjoyed the bikes that came with the property. The beds were very comfortable. Had nice TV and internet in the great room. Many condos in sea lines are older- this one could use some paint updating. But overall it was great getaway for our family.

South Carolina wildlife sanctuary

Great location & peaceful setting. Condo was spacious with a lovely screened porch & obviously new appliances. It does need a thorough cleaning & reorganization as there were clumps of dog hair under all the furniture & imbedded in the rug, grime in corners & vents, as well as soiled slip covers & cushions. Toys & cleaning supplies were randomly thrown in closets & upstairs shower/tub drains were plugged. A bucket of Spic & Span with some elbow grease would make it five stars!
