This beautiful property is tucked away on a quiet residential street which is conveniently located just a few minutes from Highway 401, and only 20 minutes to downtown Toronto. There are excellent PUBLIC TRANSIT options close to the house.It's also less than 2 KM from the Toronto PAN AM Aquatics Centre and Field House at Morningside Avenue and Military Trail.

The house is bright, clean, tastefully decorated and fully furnished with everything you need. Whether you're on vacation, attending a family function or traveling for work, you'll appreciate the comfort and convenience of this home away from home. Enjoy the private backyard with mature, shady trees and a massive 16ft x 42ft deck. It's a perfect setting for barbeques and relaxing. A great alternative to hotel accommodations.

MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed.
The SECOND and THIRD bedrooms have queen-size beds.
FOURTH bedroom has a large daybed with a pull out trundle bed (it's 2 twin size beds), which comfortably sleeps two people.

Large KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and lovely views of the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, dishes and ingredients to get you started.

Spacious LIVING ROOM with luxurious sectional and 55” flat-screen TV and DVD player.

DINING ROOM features a pine wood table with 6 leather chairs and a walk out to the sprawling private deck and backyard.

There is a FULL BATHROOM with tub/shower, toilet and sink on the 2nd floor. There is and a HALF BATHROOM with toilet and sink on the main floor.

PARKING available for 2 cars in the private driveway.

Spacious comfortable nice neighbourhood

We were in the Toronto meeting up with family. The house was the perfect location for us. It was close to the 401 highway and also close to the Scarborough shopping centre. It was also close to the public transport system too.The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. The house was spacious clean and had everything you would need and more. Minoo and Suresh were there to greet us and answered and queries we had at any stage.

Amazing host, wonderful property

My family and I stayed at Minoo's house for over a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Minoo is an amazing host - very responsive and caring. We spent the first two weeks in quarantine and the comfortable house plus the huge backyard were a perfect retreat. Great food nearby and a small shopping center less than a 5 minute walk away.

Fantastic quarantine

My family and I arrived to Canada and decided to spend the mandatory covid-19 quarantine for travelers in this property. It was just perfect for us. Great backyard, BBQ, family room, WiFi, working space... We didn't want to leave the house after the 14 days!

Highly recommended!

I cannot day enough about our stay at purpledusk trail. We came from the US and had to do the mandatory quarantine at this house. The host was extremely welcoming and offered any support we needed. The house was spotless and had a huge backyard and back deck. Would recommend this house to anyone coming to the GTA.

Nice quiet neighbourhood

Nice, older (70’s ?) house. Clean with big deck. 3 good sized bedrooms with one smaller one. We didn’t stay here to watch TV but when we tried to watch the news it was really too complicated for us to get working. Other than that the property was fine with very attentive property managers.

When we arrived with our whole family the owners were there to welcome us and explain all the available facilities. They had stocked the kitchen will the basics you would otherwise have to buy or go without (condiments etc) and left us with some drinks and snacks. Even supplied detergent for the fully equipped laundry. During our stay they checked in every couple of days to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is only 2 minutes from the 401 freeway giving easy access to the rest of Toronto. A great experience and would certainly recommend to anyone considering a stay in the area.

Very well kept, clean and quiet home.

We stayed here for five nights with four athletes swimming at an international competition at the Pan Am sports center. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the pool, and the team was able to come and go between prelims and finals, and it was much more relaxing than a hotel room. We enjoyed the massive TV and the well equipped kitchen.

A Suburban Oasis in Scarborough

We had such a wonderful family reunion at this house. The kitchen had all the equipment necessary to prepare dinners at home, with a grocery store close enough to buy the last minute forgotten items. It's a really cosy place and Manoo was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I hope to come back and stay again soon.

Very nice spacious home to explore the Toronto area

We very much enjoyed staying at this home. The house was spacious, with ample room to sleep eight guests comfortably. The bedrooms are large and the house is well supplied with things like dishes and everything needed for cooking. Large backyard, and very large deck allowed for sitting and eating outside. We stayed here to attend a family wedding in the Toronto area and to visit with family. The house was well positioned for that, with ample driveway parking and easy access to Highway 401, as well as to the public transit system. Minoo as host was gracious and helpful and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend this house to others. Submitted by Hans, Calgary.

Perfect for a family to enjoy the city!

This rental was an absolutely perfect place for our family to relax and then take day trips to enjoy all Toronto has to offer. The house is very clean, well cared for and has everything in it you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood is great, whatever you could need is close by and it is a easy drive in to Toronto. We would rent this house again if we return to Toronto. Minoo was wonderful!

Fantastic time spent. Minoo and Suresh were exceptional hosts!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 - Two adults and 3 children. Good furnishing, comfortable rooms and bedding as well as fully equipped kitchen and laundry rooms. Minoo and Suresh were perfect hosts and were just a call away ready to attend to all issues. There was a grocery close by which made life easy. Though it was winter and the snow was much, Suresh was always coming around to help clear the driveway without being prompted. The house was clean and the kids loved the space. Wifi was excellent! Would definitely recommend this to others and we look forward to renting again. Thanks Minoo and Suresh for the wonderful time in your home!

Superb place to be

We ( family of 4 ) have had the luxury to visit the holiday property of Minoo Chand, when we just visited for 6 days Toronto at Canada. What a pleasant welcome and a perfect house to stay in. It had everything needed and everything was clean and spot on. Also the warm welcome from Minoo when we arrived at the house was very nice. The communication was perfect through the holiday on and several times Minoo was helpfull with information when we needed . A very nice house

A very nice house in a calm area. The house had everything you can wish for. A very large backyard where you can eat and play. Close to a large shopping mall and very close to a grossery. Toronto Stay

We visited Toronto this fall with our 2 kids (5 and 3) and our nanny. The house was well maintained and clean. There wasn't much our active kids could knock over so we could just let them be their selves and run around when needed. The backyard was great to run around in too. Minoo was very helpful throughout the stay with information about public transportation and the recycling rules which we were not as familiar with. The bus is very close, it takes a few transfers to get to the right locations downtown but if you do not have a car it is definitely an easy option. The grocery store is also walkable. For kids there is a playground on walking distance as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ģreat sized holiday home for family

The property was spacious with a great enclosed back garden for the children. It was fully equipped and met all our needs. We were travelling to different places each day and was easy access to the main highways. There was also shops within a 5 minute walk and the nearest Walmart within a short drive. The property would have benefitted from having a second bathroom, however it does have a second toilet downstairs. The property owners were very nice and helpful and made our stay very pleasant (thank you Minoo and Suresh). The property was clean and well maintained. It took us approx 45 mins to drive downtown with Toronto Zoo less than 10 minutes away from the property. I would be happy to recommend this property to my family and friends.

We love the quiet, friendly neighbourhood (with many original owners). The privacy and peacefulness of the backyard with all the lush greenery is so relaxing. The layout of the house, with bright windows all around is also very appealing. While sitting on the deck, you feel like you're out in the country.

The location of this property is great because it's close to the main highway so you can get around quickly by car. You can also use public transit...the bus stop is right around the corner. Travel in any direction to get to shops, restaurants, movie theatres and other attractions. The Toronto Zoo is just a 10 minute drive from the house and all of the major attractions are located within 30 minutes from the house. There's plenty to see and do in downtown Toronto and all around the city. Whatever the purpose of your trip, you will enjoy the comfort of this home!
