The beach is just a short walk away, and Sandestin shops and golf courses are less than five minutes from home. On-site, the Health Club offers a sauna, two hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and two heated outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy tranquil evenings taking in the surrounding views from your private balcony while sipping on a favorite cocktail or cup of tea. If you would like to experience a more relaxing evening outside the condo, there is a beachside bar and cafe on the property for your use. This air-conditioned retreat offers a pristine open floor plan with a welcoming living room with a huge sectional and TV, a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It also includes the convenient use of WiFi and a private washer/dryer. And don't forget the tram - it stops at the Health Club and the beach, making it easy to get around.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
