Family vacay…

We come here every year, 2nd time booking this room and absolutely love it. Updated modern unit, Very clean, well stocked, super comfy bed and Tops’l resort is just 10/10. Property well maintained, free beach shuttle, hot tub, lots of amenities. If you’re still reading this just book it already!

Best stay yet!

Beautiful view, super clean, condo was very spacious and clean! Bedding was so soft and comfy. Room had everything we needed. When you book a room through Vacasa you get access to the fitness and racquet club. Showers, indoor/outdoor pools and a hot tub. Not to mention free tram rides from room to beach or club!

Spring break

We have stayed at TOPS’L 3 times and never have been disappointed. Had a great time at the pools and beach area. Great views from condo and will definitely be back.

Stunning unit!

The unit itself is outstanding, with amazing views of the beach and ocean. The adjoining door keeps me from giving it a 5. The couple next door were having a really good time, which is fine, but it was really loud!! Lol. We would love to stay here again if that situation is changed. There's absolutely no way to even have a conversation without the adjoining room being able to hear it.

Very Clean, not a penthouse as advertised on VRBO

Loved how clean everything was but the second bedroom twin mattresses are such poor quality that the coils dig into your skin. The second bedroom also does not have any curtains so it is very bright in the room at night due to the lights on the building.

Needs updating

Tops'l is a lovely property - lots of amenities and the beach was amazing. This particular unit, however, needs updating. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were almost impossible to sleep on. My daughter slept on the couch instead. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The master bathroom had mold in it, particularly around the handle to turn the water on - so would be easy to clean. If those things are fixed, then the condo would be nice to use. With regard to Vacasa which manages this property - check in was easy and through them, we had access to all amenities. On the last night that we were to be there (Friday - were scheduled to leave on Saturday), we received a notification that there was a water leak in the building and the water would be turned off until further notice. We spoke to the workers around 2 pm and were told that it was going to be a long time before anything could be turned back on. Because of the water issue (no bathrooms, no water in kitchen), we decided to leave early instead of staying through the next day. We asked Vacasa to refund us for the night, as we left late afternoon. Vacasa would only refund us $63 stating that we only had to leave 5 hours earlier than scheduled (which of course was not true). I would not use any property managed by Vacasa again.

Clean and nice view for small family

The room and bathrooms were updated throughout and overall was a nice place to stay. My teens tried to watch a dvd in the 2 twin bedroom but it was not connected and I could not find the right way to connect it. It was also very quiet overall.

Wonderful stay!

This place is truly amazing! The room was extremely clean, and love the space. Super close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Love the fact that there were multiple pools. The amenities it offers are great. Everything you need is pretty much on property so no need to drive out. The staff is very nice and welcoming. My family and I will most definitely be coming back!

Best vacation spot

This was our 2nd year in the same room at the summit and we are never staying anywhere else (unless someone is lucky enough to have gotten our room before we booked it). The room is perfectly furnished and the ambiance is exactly what I look for on vacation. We are already looking forward to staying there again next year!
