The lanai is equipped with outdoor dining, a queen-sized sunbed, and loungers offering many options to be out enjoying the Kona air and stunning views. A very spacious 3-bedroom 2.5-bath with 2 king-sized accommodations in each bedroom and a queen-sized Murphy bed in the alcove, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This condo provides one of the best views on the Kona coast, whether you are enjoying the air-conditioning or outside taking in the ocean breeze. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining room with a woodcrafter table, and newly furnished living room will allow you to enjoy every moment spent indoors. Enjoy the same level parking and a convenient location to the elevator.

This luxury resort is as oceanfront as you can get without being in the water. 1st Big Island visit

Beautiful property - absolutely loved our stay here. Quiet resort, gorgeous ocean views, & large patio. Easy drive everywhere & can walk to some restaurants/stores within a mile. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. Inside the condo is very open and comfortable for a group. Would definitely recommend highly & would stay here again!

Very spacious nice layout with beautiful decor. The balcony is huge and an amazing place to hang out. Really liked how spacious it was and the pool table. All the wood furniture was so unique. Parking is very close to front door. Enjoyed having the 2 pool options

Amazing view and super spacious two bedroom. Central air was a huge plus and kept the entire place cool. The lanai was the highlight and the biggest that Iā€™ve seen at the property. Watching the whales from inside the condo or outside was amazing. 10 out of 10!

The best possible place you could hope to stay at on the island

We were all shocked at just how amazing this place is. You couldn't ask for more. The property itself is visually stunning, and the large, water-front, wrap-around outdoor space is unbelievable. This is probably the only place we'd ever consider renting again because it's hard to imagine ever finding something better with more access to amenities, points of interest, etc.To put it in perspective, I can barely remember where we stayed at our last trips to the island because they were just places to sleep while we enjoyed the island. But remembering this trip will always start with "that awesome VRBO we rented."

Fabulous Lanai

The property had amazing ocean views from the huge lanai. We enjoyed watching whales and dolphins from our unit. The condo had everything we could need and more. So nice to have the washer and drier. Also appreciated the multitude of beach towels. I will recommend this place to friends and would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

This unit was way bigger than the pictures made it look. Falling asleep to the ocean waves and waking up to a beautiful sky each morning was just amazing. Relaxing outside on the massive lanai was always nice. And it's an easy 20 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Wouldn't change a thing.

Relaxing home with gorgeous views

We spent several days here and the home was perfect. The wrap around lanai was a great place for sun bathing and enjoying the beauty of the ocean. The home is fully stocked, has 2 lovely bedrooms, and even a murphy bed so it would easily accommodate larger groups. You can hear the waves from the master bedroom - so peaceful and relaxing - and the living area is the ideal place to watch gorgeous sunsets. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing condo and view!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with another couple for 5 days. The condo itself had the absolute best location and ocean view. We enjoyed the large lanai with multiple seating areas. The inside of the condo was very roomy and comfortable. The two large bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were perfect for 2 couples. The pool table was a very nice extra. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends when traveling to the area!

FANTASTIC Stay

I can't say enough about our stay. The property was better than what we expected including being very clean and having everything we needed. We had our infant with us so it was great to spend all day with the family and then still have fun at the pool table and on the lanai when the infant went to bed. The sunset views are breathtaking from both inside and outside. The communication with the host was beyond exceptional. If we go back, we would definitely stay here.

We had high expectations for this ā€œhigh-endā€ Hawaii condo, but several issues made our three-night Anniversary stay disappointing. What we liked: Great location and view. In most ways the condo was well equipped - towels, linens etc. Major issues: Unauthorized entry: Upon arrival we found a note saying pest control would enter at 9am the next morning to spray for bugs - no problem. The next day, Spectrum also entered UNANNOUNCED and left a note after the fact, with no notice at all. Our valuables (including expensive camera gear and computers) were left unsecured. This felt like a serious privacy and safety concern.Door lock problems: They recently installed an e-door lock, but didn't update the instructions, causing repeated frustration when entering and exiting. The makeshift hardware wrapped around the door and was so tight it was difficult to know if it was actually locked or unlocked. Defective coffee maker: The carafe didnā€™t fit, causing an overflow mess. It was clearly a repeat problem ā€” the instructions were heavily stained from a previous floods and kitchen linens were permanently coffee-stained. The host/manager was polite and acknowledged the problems, but management emphasized using our feedback for future guests rather than making it right for us. For the price and marketing, these lapses in security, communication, and maintenance are unacceptable. Would not stay again. Future guests should be aware, especially regarding privacy and reliability.

Stunning Property!

The photos do not do this property justice. My friends and I were blown away when we walked in. The wrap-around patio feels so luxurious, and the views are breathtaking. There were 5 of us staying here, and there was plenty of space/sleeping options for all of us. We also had a slight parking issue when we first arrived, and we were able to get ahold of the property manager within minutes even though it was after regular business hours. Not super close to any great beaches, but only a 10-15 minute drive North provides good options. Overall, I loved this property and how easy it was to get in touch with the property manager when needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Best view in the complex

This unit is awesome. The lanai is unobstructed on the west and south sides by concrete wallsā€”thereā€™s railing that still allows for the great views. My wife and I spent many hours looking out at the whales, cruise ships, and natural beauty God put there for us to enjoy. The continual sound of the waves crashing into the rocks was very peaceful. Thereā€™s not a better place available than this unit. Spacious inside and out. Any issue that came up was quickly and courteously addressed and resolved.
