SPECTACULAR ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo in Kailua-Kona!!

The spacious lanai starts and ends your day in paradise. Enjoy your morning coffee and relax to the sound of the surf while watching whales (in season), spinner dolphins, outriggers, and the brilliant blue Pacific Ocean. Experience glorious sunsets with a beverage of choice in hand, relaxing in any of the comfortable seating, including a higher seating dining table (not bistro height) to help with viewing ocean while dining right next to it!

The condo is part of a boutique complex that has only 15 units, an ocean-front swimming pool, and small sandy beach area. The condo is centrally located mid-point on Alii Drive, 2 miles South of downtown Kailua-Kona, and conveniently close to beaches, shopping, and dining.

The fully air-conditioned condo has a King Bed in the Ocean-front Primary Bedroom, and also in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers, granite vanity tops and imported sinks for fun color! The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counter tops and lots of counter space. All new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new comfortable furniture with ample seating, quality towels and linens, washer/dryer, along with a million dollar view that will all help to make for an absolutely blissful vacation! This very clean condo is perfect for a family visit, or for just a romantic getaway!

The condo is on the second floor of a three story building and has assigned, covered parking space.

We do have an elevator for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor, but at entry to building, there are 5 steps/stairs to get to the first floor and elevator.

Wonderful Stay in Kona Kailua

The unit overall is nice, but the Master bedroom and Lani overlooking the water is amazing! A lap pool which was great when the waves were to big to go in the ocean. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back soon.

Awesome vacation rental!

Great location for seeing and doing things. The amenities helped a lot from the beach chairs, coolers, beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen, central AC and of course the ocean view is second to none! Mahalo for sharing your home with us, it was an awesome experience!

Great place

We loved our 8 days at this beautiful confo. It was spacious and well laid out. It had all of the amenities that you would need. The beds were super comfortable. The lanai was incredible. This is a gem of a place and excellent value.

Great Location, Great Views

Had a great stay in Kona. Close enough to the action while still feeling tucked away. Enjoyed all the extras for our beach trips (chairs, cooler, boogie boards) and loved the view - perfect sunsets every day. Clean, convenient, and had everything we needed.

We love it!

Outstanding property, great lanai we watches whales and turtles, and beautiful sunsets everyday. When we did leave the lanai great location close to restaurants and stores, and centrally located for seeing all the sights. This was our second time here we love it.

Remarkable accommodations

This property was one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed! Everything was clean, prepared, and easy. Our kids loved the access to the pool. The view was remarkable, location was perfect.
