Relax with the whole family at this 4 bedroom, 2 bath, fully renovated, modern home with a pool. It's peaceful and spaciously packed with amenities to enjoy. This home is 5 minutes away from the Sawgrass Mills Mall, about 20 Minutes away from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and about 30 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Fort Lauderdale. Just bring your belongings and unpack!

We were in town for our son's wedding at the end of May. This home was a great fit for our family--- lots of seating for extended family and friends to drop by and visit comfortably. Many restaurants and stores within 10 min. The exterior of the home is a bit deceptive. It looks rather small and unkempt from the outside, but the interior has been nicely renovated and was very clean and updated. The screened-in pool and back patio were a great place to hang out-- especially in the evening. The AC struggled to keep the house cool during the 90⁰ days with interior temps hovering around 78⁰, but during the night, the temps would decrease a bit and the thermostat would read 68-70⁰ in the morning. Made lots of wonderful memories! We'd stay again!!

Excellent vacation property!

The house is immaculate! Very clean, very well maintained. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The pool area is amazing! My family of 6 adults had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. Would love to stay here again!

a bit creepy

Owner would not give us check in instructions until our arrival. Not the end of the world, but then they would not answer my request for check in instructions. I had to call VRBO and get them involved. House was clean, but the 360 camera on the pool deck that can see right into the kitchen, is beyond creepy, and I would think against VRBO rules. 9 AM check out is ridiculous, as is the extremely exorbitant damage deposit that was immediately put on my credit card and not refunded until 17 DAYS after check out! Was the place clean? Yes, will I return? No. Too many other nice places to stay that I don't have to worry about being filmed.

Nice property

We had a nice stay, the heated pool made it much more fun as the weather was not that great. The house was very clean. I would suggest better communication ahead of stay with guest about the rules and house entrance instructions. overall the stay was great

What a great house

From the moment I booked Marlon was available for all questions. When we arrived at the house it looked exactly like all of the pictures. The house is clean, open, and very comfortable. All the basic necessities are there (shower essentials, laundry needs, etc). The pool was clean and refreshing! The battery in the front door lock was dying and the property manager was there very quickly. I highly recommend this VRBO! Totally worth it!

Wonderful place for family time

This is a great listing that is exactly as shown and very well done. The home is spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and screened in patio area with grills. Also the warm and inviting living room and comfortable beds. The kitchen is large and provides all the amenities to make nice restaurant quality meals. This home is conveniently located to attractions and shopping. Marlon was an excellent host, and we will definitely be staying again!!

Sunrise Super Stay!

Owners are very accommodating it's a beautiful home. We hosted a baby shower and had all the amenities in all the spaces that you could want. Outdoor area is a very peaceful. Had no issues with the home and if we did they were taken care of promptly. Very affordable for how wonderful it is close to so many amenities the ocean shopping Orange groves. Save secure home. I stayed a lot of places in florida and this is in my top five. Book here no disappointments. I will book again with the friendly gracious Hosts!

You will feel safe, secure, and relaxed in this quiet, beautiful, neighborhood. You will enjoy the spacious living room area. Go to our outside area and enjoy a barbecue with our fabulous grill and take a dip in our newly renovated pool which has new flooring and tile all around it's walls.
