Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. 2 miles away from Sawgrass Mills Mall, 15 minutes away from Hard Rock (The Guitar Hotel), Hollywood-Fort Lauderdale Airport, Downtown Ft Lauderdale, 25 min away from Ft Lauderdale Beach, Hollywood Beach, Pompano Beach, etc. PRIVATE FULLY FENCED BACKYARD WITH POOL AND SPA in a safety and quiet neighborhood in Sunrise. This is the perfect location for families, friends, and couples to enjoy.

4 parking spots available in the driveway. Plenty of taxi and Uber/Lyft available. Short drive to Sawgrass Mills Mall, we provide a couple bikes to do a short trips around the neighbor parks or Sawgrass Mills Mall. Short drive to several attractions on South Florida.

Hockey Trip

We stayed in the perfectly located property for us to enjoy a hockey game that was just a few miles down the road. The 3 bedroom home worked well for our 5 adult guests. We would do it again if we are ever in the area.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful vacation. This home was well stocked with everything we needed. The area had lots of restaurants and activities. Also, the pool area and basketball court were lots of fun. Definitely worth getting the heat for the pool. We had a slight problem with the pool heat, but Luis fixed it promptly and the pool got nice.and warm. We would choose this home again.

Fort Lauderdale first timers!

We had a great stay and the pool was an AMAZING asset to this property! Another favorite of ours was the JBL Boombox for pool and hot tub time! When we weren’t at the beach, our kiddos were in the pool, and the heated pool is worth the extra money for sure! We used the Crockpot Instapot everyday and felt the house was adequately stocked with toiletries and dishes for our stay. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels were added plus as well! Overall we had a wonderful time! Thank you for the memories.

My Stay

I can not complain about much when it came down to the property. It was very beautiful and quiet. The only things I will say is that for one I’m a little upset that I paid $50 for a heated pool that did not get heated and was not compensated for the inconvenience. Second, I was not informed of a cracked mirror prior to my arrive I had to mention it to the property owner that way they didn’t think I caused the damage. And thirdly, I was very upset that the property owner was telling me that there was still people on the property Sunday night when my check out was for Monday before 11. I felt I was being rushed out the home because they booked someone to come in that Monday Morning which was very unfair to me. Overall my stay was nice thank you again Luis.

Dejar Alexis, we didnt tried to rushed you to leave the property, but you checked out Sunday night but there was people on the property at the time you checked out. Pool heater was turned on at your request, pool reached 90 degrees, but because your complain next day we test sensors on pool, all of them were working fine, a person who filled out the pool this night tested 86 degrees pool temperature at 11 pm, because according our information pool was heated, we could not reimburse a service because the service was provided.
