Brand new Ocean View Condo with private balcony! Beautifully decorated one bedroom condo with central air conditioning, sleeping 4! Steps away from a shared private beach! Decorated in contemporary beach décor, this home features an open floor plan, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony, offering stunning views of the ocean. The master bedroom has views of the ocean and a large attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

There is an elevator in the building to make moving in and out a breeze!

Please note: Hot tub on property will not be available for the 2026 season. No outside shower available at this property. House has streaming services only, no cable

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

This property is beautiful! Very clean! Amazing little deck with a perfect ocean view. Great location - we walked to restaurants & shops. Definitely going back!

This condo offers wonderful amenities and ocean views. It is also quiet. The beach is lovely. Parking was fine. It is our second time staying at this condo. Some feedback. The condo needs a curtain for the sliding glass door, as there are bright lights from the other property that glare in at night. If there is a condo association, they should clean the common areas, and the outside door was not always locking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, the cleanliness and the modern amenities of this condo. We would definitely stay again. The parking one night was full but all other nights it was easy to find a spot. The central air conditioning was a huge plus. The bed was very comfy, although the sleeping pillows were a bit flat. There were plenty of extra sofa pillows though. There were some thoughtful amenities like extra paper towels, make up remover, soap and kitchen supplies. We just didn't know how to use the dishwasher, it was a little too modern so we couldn't figure out the codes, some instruction to use it would be helpful. But theis was a quality problem, having modern appliances was a huge PLUS. The condo smelled great, so clean and bright. We loved having coffee on the patio and being able to walk to the ocean within just a few steps. We loved staying here! Martha Murray vacation Rentals was super responsive and friendly. See you next year!
