Very large livingroom, comfortable couches. Didn’t love the noise from the air conditioners but at least it kept the house cool. And weather was cool enough could turn them off occasionally. Didn’t have to drive far for restaurants, ice cream or Cuffys.

For the 3rd year in a row in this house, we could not have been happier. The property is as it was the first time we stayed here 3 years ago. The house was ready on time, clean and welcoming. Our family has been coming to the cape for over 30 years, and this is by far the best place we've stated. This year was very special because my daughter got engaged on West Dennis Beach. It could not have been a better week!! See you next year!! Thanks!!

Great location

We had a great stay! Very responsive to the one small issue we had. Garage turned game room was perfect for teens and the adults! We would highly recommend!

House set up and location is great. Communization with host was easy, My only issue was that I didn’t feel it was super clean. I washed all bed blankets and dishes before use. This was my second time to the house. First visit was in 2022. I would stay again.

Location was great. Close to beaches and restaurants. Home was well kept and clean. More charging outlets would improve the experience. But the ones available served my needs. I would rent the property again.

Great stay

House is in located in a wonderful spot. Easy to walk to the beach and several eating establishments. We had a couple of issues in the beginning of our stay but Margaret was great and everything was taken care of quickly. Would stay here again!

Great vacation house

Beautiful house and yard, incredibly comfortable with ACs in every room (lifesaver in July!), plus a ton of fun activities provided in the detached garage. Would absolutely rent again.

Great location, AC, bonus room and dog friendly

No need to get in the car. This house is walking and biking distance to the Sea St and West Dennis beaches and numerous restaurants. A bike ride or short car ride to mini golf, kayaking/paddleboarding and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The house was well equipped for the humidity of the Cape, each room had an air conditioner and ceiling fan, awesome! We loved having both an outdoor and indoor shower. Amenities like a washer and dryer was super helpful. A bonus was the game room in the garage. It has been a very rainy summer so when outdoor activities were not possible, we could hang out and play ping pong and pool in the garage. Everything a family will need. Thank you for a great stay!

Returning renters

We had another nice stay set week! The house was exactly what was online and we love the location, garage, and good sized bedrooms. My only tip would be to add hooks in each bedroom (or over the closet hanging hooks) as there were 6 of us and nowhere to all hang our bath towels. I have to say the closets are a great size so you don’t have to step over suitcases or bags each day. We will be back next year!

Our Favorite Place on the Cape!

Our family loves this house! We have stayed here many times, and it is perfect for adults and kids of all ages. There is plenty of room, and the game room in the garage is always a big hit. The house very well kept, and has everything we need. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect for our Thanksgiving get away!

My husband and I, our two grown kids and their significant others had a wonderful time during the Thanksgiving holiday we spent here. This place was dog friendly, and both kids have a dog, and we were able to walk them to the beach a few times, less than a mile away. The home gave us lots of room to spread out, play some games, and cook an entire holiday meal without being on top of each other. There was a great game room in the garage which we didn't use because it was a little too cold there, but if we rent again in the summer it would be a blast! Thanks for having so many extras there that we didn't expect, like the lobster pot, all the lobster crackers and plenty of good pots and pans, casserole dishes, towels, as well as plates, glasses & silverware. We had a great time!!!!

Our Cape vacation

Stayed there with my family for a week. Loved the house and location. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Pool table and other fun things in the garage were a hit with my kids and grandkids!

Several top spots (Sundae School, Wolfies, Wooden Shoe, Wee Packet) that you can walk to. So good.

Classic Cape Cod

From start to finish the process went very smoothly. The property was well represented in the listing, and it was accurate in reality. The accommodations were clean, up to date and perfect for the classic Cape Cod vacation. The amenities available were over and above most others.
