Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding your recent visit. We are disappointed to hear that your stay was not ideal and that you experienced issues with the golf cart. We would have loved the opportunity to address these challenges during your stay. Upon your departure we inspected the golf cart and found it to be functioning properly - perhaps the cart had not charged completely if the lights did not work when you tried to use it. We hope that you give us a chance to earn back your trust. We certainly would like to make this right for you in the future.

I want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. While we would love to offer a replacement cart to our guests, unfortunately the Sandestin resort does not allow outside rentals that are not registered for specific units. We hope that you give us a chance to earn back your trust. We certainly would like to make this right for you in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had an overall enjoyable vacation and that you enjoyed the pool and the peaceful atmosphere. We sincerely apologize that the initial presentation of the unit did not create the welcoming first impression you expected. We understand how important those first moments are when arriving for a vacation, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns regarding the furnishings, cleanliness, and exterior appearance to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams, as well as the homeowner, so these items can be reviewed and addressed. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our response during your stay and the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for choosing Gibson Beach Rentals.
