Entire Ranch Home Pet Friendly and Close to Downtown

Beautiful smart home ranch style with all of the amenities, heat, AC, backyard fountain, comfortable patio seating for 10, 3 separate private bedrooms. Master king suite with rain shower, jack and jill sinks, deep bath tub. 2nd bedroom with 40” Wall TV and queen bed. Front 3rd bedroom with twin bed and additional pullout twin bed. Comfortable open concept living room with 70” screen. Home sleeps 8 comfortably (2 guests per bedroom). Board games available, various TV streaming options included.

Smart home means automatic blinds, lighting, voice control TV watching and lighting via Alexa. Select lighting on at sunset so you don’t enter a dark home. Blinds auto close at sunset and open at 10 the next morning (ask for time adjustment before your stay).

Enjoy your stay walking into town with two local breweries, Mexican restaurants such as a margarita on the patio at Cocina & Cantina Mexican Restaurant, or enjoy amazing food options at The Taco Man.

With your family and friends light the gas surround fire pit with comfortable couch seating and read a book in the yard hammock (weather permitting) after a long day exploring Estes Park, Loveland, Boulder, Longmont or Fort Collins. 1 Hour drive to Denver. 3 parking areas on the front driveway. Note: 3 steps to enter from the front door. Event parties are not allowed. Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Check in at 4PM, Checkout is 10:00AM. (Early or late checkout options may be available)

We had a great time staying at your home! Very clean, decorated beautifully, super comfortable including the beds and furniture. This home is beautiful and comfortable, it had everything we needed and more. We did not get to spend much time in the backyard but it is beautiful with a very nice seating area. I would stay here again.

Wonderful home/great location

I stayed here for a month as an in between location to visit my college aged daughters. The home itself is lovely and very comfortable. My daughters and their roommates visited several times for dinner and grilling outside. I had my dogs and there are many walkable trails nearby and Berthoud is very quaint. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful home

We made a quick trip to the area to attend our 50th high school reunion. The house and amenities were amazing. Beautiful, comfortable, and squeaky clean. This was the nicest VRBO that we have rented, and would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

The home was exactly as pictured. Easy to get to and quick access to surrounding areas. Home was clean and well decorated. Had little decorative signs to help explain or note features. Beautiful property. Pictures do not do it justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My girls enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We loved hanging out together at the table, talking and laughing. My grandson had so much fun in the backyard feeding the fish and watching the water feature. Chuck was very responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful clean and quiet

The only thing i was irritated about was the add said sleeps 8. We had 7 guests and got charged for an extra guest. Not sure who did that math but whatever. Mentioned it to the owner and no reaponse. However it was a beautiful home and cleanest home ive ever rented through verbo. They did throwin an air mattress for our "extra" guest.

Bliss in Berthoud

This property is beautiful and well Maintained. We would both rate it an A+. It has outstanding appliances, furniture and charming external features. The media situation is superlative. Among other visual welcoming features, the property is spotless inside and out. It features a hospital grade air filter, so there are NO odors.. The host is extremely accessible and accommodating. It was a complete joy to sojourn there. The community is welcoming and the town features all the essentials with easy access to larger populated areas. It was beautifully quiet, in viewing range is snow capped mountains. As we asked each other, Who could ask for anything more? We both said we could easily just move right in. Karma and Irv

Great place to stay!

The pictures barely do it justice, this is a beautiful little detached condo. Every room is nicely furnished and comfortable with a modern look, and the insanely high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is. Peaceful back yard to hang out in too. This was booked for two couples and a single person, we each had our own bedroom so it worked out perfectly. We were in town for a wedding in Lyons which was 20 minutes away. If you stay make sure to get breakfast at the Trailhead Cafe and coffee at Joyful Brews, both great places within walking distance. My only complaint was that the tv in the living room wouldn’t stay connected to the internet so we couldn’t use any apps but live tv worked, and the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work at all. Not a huge deal as we were out most days but it would have been nice to watch tv at night sometimes.
