Holiday favorite! Beautiful house with 2 king beds and a hot tub!!

Enjoy the simple life while living in one of Colorado's sweetest towns. This completely renovated, all brick ranch, is a perfect location for your next stay in the town of Berthoud. With restaurants, breweries, parks, lakes, the rec center, and the new TPC golf course all with-in walking distance or a short drive away, you will not be disappointed. After a long day of activities, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, or snuggle in front of the fireplace. It is a perfect location for a family, a group of friends, or a couple who wants to visit all of the things Northern Colorado has to offer. Plus it is a quintessential Colorado town with all the charm small town holidays have to offer. Come visit a real Hallmark-worthy location!
The space
This is a 1400 sq/ft ranch that has all three bedrooms down one hall with a bathroom and the other side of the house is the living area, with a very open concept space and an extra powder room. There is a dining area that can seat as many as 12 if needed, a cozy fireplace, and a fantastic back patio to grill on or soak in the hot tub.
Guest access
You will have access to all of the property minus the garage and the back shed.
Other things to note
This is a very quiet, sweet neighborhood and is in a very safe town. The house is located just up the street from a church and a senior living center and there isn’t much traffic. It’s close to everything without being too busy.

We loved our stay. This property was very clean, well updated, and well furnished. The hot tub and outdoor lawn space for corn hole were a really nice touch, and our kids loved it. They also had plenty of games and toys to keep our kids entertained. Would highly recommend!

Just about everything was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to downtown Berthoud! A perfect spot for “leaf peeping” in the fall, right outside our windows. Before getting here I was worried that second bath was inside primary suite. Happily found out that both baths were accessible from hallway for our group of six.

Check in was very easy with passcode. Very nice, clean home. Comfortable for a party of 4 people. Lots of dishes, glasses, and mugs. Kitchen well equipped. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring plastic wrap, tin foil, etc. More toilet paper too. Great visit to the area. Close to Longmont, Boulder, Loveland and beyond. Berthoud is also a cute town.

Thanksgiving vacation

Overall this house is awesome,the kitchen is very well stocked , the interior looks to be completely updated, The three bedrooms are plenty big and the beds are very comfortable. The host is very easy to get in touch with and it was a pleasure talking with her and we would definitely think about staying there in the future.

Great home away from home!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo. There were 6 of us siblings ages 65 and up. Plenty of space for us all, plus company. The deck area was amazing. We did use the grill that was provided plus all the seating space outside on the deck area. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay!

What a great house and neighborhood. Kristy was flexible and responded to questions pretty much immediately. The house was very comfortable and fully equipped. We were in town for a wedding and needed a quiet neighborhood and this absolutely fit the bill. I would highly recommend this host and property and would love to stay here again.

This is a beautiful home supplied with everything you could possibly need and then some. Kristy was available to help out if there was anything you had questions about or needed. It was really clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again the next time we go to Colorado.

I was born and raised in Colorado and attended college at Colorado State University where my husband and I met. We love our state and are excited to share its beauty with everyone who comes to visit. We are a super active family and can give you tips on anything you need to know in the area. I love being a VRBO host because it allows me to share our beautiful home with so many people, and allows so many people an opportunity to share in our wonderful state.

I chose this neighborhood because it is close to everything Berthoud has to offers and is quiet and friendly. Many of the neighbors love that this home is a short term rental and use it for their family members when they are in town. This house is a short 5 minute drive my house as well and allows me to easily and quickly manage the property and help guests if they need.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It has the charm of a 70's home but has been completely renovated so it feels brand new. There is a fishing lake close by and the recreation center, restaurants, and activities close enough to walk to. It has a very large yard and xeriscaped to ensure great esthetics and functioning year round. It includes a hot tub, fire pit, grill, and a huge patio for great outdoor time, including fun yard games and access to golf clubs to go golfing at a world renowned golf course.
