Welcome to your newly renovated tropical getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 6 and includes a private office space, perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

This modern home is complete with a cozy master bedroom with a king bed, a gorgeous walk-in shower, 2 additional comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, a private office space, a laundry room and incredible amenities. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living area and has plenty of natural lighting. The living area has a comfy sectional in front of a large smart TV with streaming services. The beautiful open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a huge fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven, Keurig coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Shimmering island seating provides additional dining spots while the adjacent dining table seats six.

Step outside to the expansive screened lanai, where you’ll find a sparkling heated saltwater in-ground pool, upgraded for your comfort and health benefits. The pool area is surrounded by a large patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor kitchen, and a gas grill—ideal for a family barbecue. A convenient outdoor bathroom, fenced-in backyard, and cozy fire pit area with Adirondack chairs complete this outdoor oasis. The private backyard is completely fenced in with a beautiful high white fence and showcases a fun fire pit area to roast some marshmallows.

The pool was recently upgraded to salt water which offers a number of health benefits that includes helping to relieve sore muscles and joints, exfoliates skin, and it promotes the body's natural relaxation process. Make it a real vacation and enjoy the many health benefits of a salt water pool!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is updated a nicely decorated. It felt very spacious and had all amenities you could possibly need. Anne Maria was so helpful in letting us use her TV services so we could watch the World Series all week. We were there end of October the only thing that I would say is thy we wished the pool was heated it was too cold to use and that there were more areas for suntanning other than that it was private and well equipped and very spacious. Thank you for welcoming us into your home.

This home was meticulously clean and was very homey and peaceful and had all the amenities you needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the home was so inviting. I really loved the back patio with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen and firepit. This is the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and will definitely be back. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

We were very happy with our stay. The house had everything we needed and our host, Annemarie, was wonderful whenever we had any questions on places to go. The neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you'd want. The outdoor space was lovely! The only thing we missed was an outdoor gas grill. The one we had was a stovetop. We did have a short term pool heat issue, which our host tried to address We would definitely stay here again.T

Perfect house for our spring break

We were visiting family in the area and this house was perfect for our family of four, plenty of space to gather and in a great location. The neighborhood is quaint and very quiet. Clean, Attractive, Quiet and Useful

This home had many useful features and had been well cleaned and was decorated nicely but not over the top with convenient layout. Plenty of closet space (including nice hangers), drawer space and even pantry. Reading lamps and night stands with storage on both sides of all beds. Ceiling fans and large wall mounted televisions in each bedroom and the living room. Nice salt water heated pool that was surrounded by covered and shaded gathering area and had outside half bath as well. Appliances worked well and included large capacity washer/dryer. Master suite bathroom was glass enclosed spacious shower. We are both over 6 feet tall and rain shower head was high enough for us. We biked to some places from this home. Played golf, biked, pool time, pickleball, some shopping, dining and enjoyed a piano bar as well. Would recommend and stay here again.

Quiet cute house

Would stay again. Very quiet neighborhood. House adorably decorated with the perfect size furniture. Master bedroom was comfortable. Back yard privacy fence a huge plus to the property! Comfortable big back patio and we enjoyed the game of checkers. Would have given it 5 stars if you hired a better cleaning crew. Kitchen counters especially around the sink hadn’t been wiped and some long black hair left behind on white tile throughout house and the cleaning crew never moves around even small pieces of furniture for example the mirror in master. House was a little dusty. Overall it didn’t hinder our stay, but would have rated it a 5!! Great job on adorable factor though!

5/2024 Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family, looked just like the pictures on the website. It is truly a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked including all the small things that I would normally have to buy. I loved the house decor, the screened and partially roofed lanai with outdoor grill, sink, and restroom. We all enjoyed the saltwater pool (and the pool toys) without having to keep going back and forth inside the house to use the restroom. We cooked a lot, and the outdoor grill station was perfect because I did not have to miss on the family fun while cooking, not to mention the house did not smell like all the different dishes that I made. The property is close to grocery stores, less than an hour from Tampa outlet mall, and within 2 hours away from the Devil's Den (highly recommended to visit, snorkeling or deep diving) and so many different Florida springs. We had a great time with our clear kayak guided tour at Weeke Wachee spring which was about 15 minutes away. Tanya (host) was very quick to respond and was very kind and helpful.

Why they chose this property

I have two nephews and family that live close by and a mother that recently moved back to Canada where her family is from. This humble abode is the perfect place for her to reside in the winter and for me to visit family.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this property when I saw its expansive back patio area and heated pool that exude fun. I added the fire pit and Adirondack chairs for families to gather at night. I recently renovated the home to fit into its natural beach habitat.
