Wonderful stay in Spring Hill

My husband and I along with our dog Zoey enjoyed our 15 day stay. The description of the property along with the pictures was accurate. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our longer stay. The kitchen also had essentials to make our stay more enjoyable. Florida was going through a cold spell, but we still got to enjoy the heated pool. Zoey enjoyed the fenced in yard. The home was in a quiet subdivision but close to main roads to get anywhere you wanted to go. There were many restaurants nearby. The gulf was a short drive. The host responded quickly. We definitely will stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay.House was clean and plenty of towels for the pool.Kitchen supplies, specifically glasses, could’ve been a bit better.And I’d recommend a new coffee pot- took over an hour to brew a pot.Overall was a nice stay.

Just what we were looking for

Very nice for rest and relaxation. The pool was great and the ocean backdrop was amazing. The manager was superior in communication and responding to questions. The home was fully stocked and the furniture very comfortable.

Fun Holiday Vacation

We had a great stay at this house in Spring Hill. It was conveniently located near attractions we wanted to visit. Our kids absolutely loved the house and the private pool. The place was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Check-in and check out was simple, and the owner communicated directly with us before and after our stay, which was nice.

Overall a good experience.

My family of four spent four nights here and enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with the pool, Lindsey was quick to respond to our texts and came out the next morning to resolve the issue. The location was convenient to just about anything you could want. I really appreciated the supply of "basics" like dish tabs/soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc.

We'll be back!

The home was in excellent condition. Our Yorkie really enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. The 65 inch TV's in the front room and master bedroom were awesome. Lots of hot water, all of the dishes, glasses and silverware were plenty. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent location to get to the many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and entertainment, not to mention a 12 minute drive to Pine Island Beach. A very relaxing Holiday vacation stay.We'll be back!

Great weekend getaway

Great place for the family to unwind. The neighborhood is quiet, no sound of heavy traffic.House was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed.We enjoyed the heated pool where we spent majority of time. Water in the pool was perfect thanks to Lindsay (person of guests contact) who set it up just the way we liked. Thanks Lindsay! Lindsay was responsive and polite - made us feel appreciated.The place is pet friendly, which is fantastic! We had two dogs with us and there was plenty of fenced back yard for them to run around.Overall we were very happy we have chosen that particular place for our getaway.We will recommend it to our friends.

Relaxing mini vacation

The host is AMAZING! Very attentive. Communication was a 15/10 . The house was conveniently located to all amenities offered in springhill and surrounding areas. This stay for us was great. The property was very clean, completely furnished with everything you could need for your stay. Has a heated pool with all the extras. I dont have any complaints and we will be definitely staying here again. Over all 10 stars if it were an option. Highly recommended if you want a worry free stay with it all !

It was a very nice home,

The house is very nice, however there are a few things I would change. The children's bunkbeds are set up in a dangerous way with the ceiling fan being overtop of the beds in a manner in which it could cause serious harm. The master bath has no real privacy, no door and across the room from a window to the lanai. There were a few things that we had to contact Evolve, but they were quick to respond, and made the corrections as soon as they could.

The property was just ok.. the lawn needed mowed it made it look like the house had been foreclosed on. The inside was clean. The beds weren’t that comfortable. We couldn’t swim in the pool until the next day. When we got there the pool was dirty,skimmer wasn’t working. We called and our contact came mid day the next day and put some chlorine in it so we couldn’t swim until later that day. Skimmer didn’t work the whole time we were there so it just got dirty again. There were four plastic like pipes that came up out of the floor near the entrance of the pool. One of them was broke and very sharp. My husband stepped on it and wasn’t very happy. I usually don’t write negative reviews however I read reviews and the reviews on this place were good. Hence why I booked it.

We followed up with the homeowner, who would like to share the following:- The lawn is maintained on a regular two-week schedule and was last mowed on the day of your departure.- Once we were notified about the pool condition, our technician arrived first thing the following morning to rebalance the water, ensuring it was safe to enjoy later that day.- The skimmer is functioning properly; however, heavy rain can affect water clarity temporarily.- The issue near the pool entrance was promptly addressed to ensure guest safety.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
