Room had a slight odor. AC was stuck at 75 no matter what you did to the thermostat. The fridge was loud because it was left open & the internal fan was rubbing against ice from the fridge defrosting. Asked for maintenance. Was told they would come by while we were out for the day but nothing seemed to be changed or improved. But overall the unit was nice for what it was. Oh also need to replace that peeling couch. The area is fantastic & not far from downtown Cleveland or the airport. Minor issues but would stay again.

staff was amenable and cooperative.

We were happy with the unit where we stayed. it was comfortable and well appointed. It was also well located for our purposes. we also want to thank the staff for helping to meet our needs as we are elderly, and requiring some special placement.

The Room Was Misrepresented

We reserved a room with two queen beds, but got a room with one bed. We also told the front desk that the room smelled strongly of smoke, but the desk did not offer any alternative. This hotel was awful!
