Great location! Close to the college and shops! Lots of food options around. We didn't eat out much since we went shopping and bought our own groceries. There was plenty off spices to pick from! Best part was we rented the Veo electric bikes and scooters and a drop off location was literally across the street!

Baseball Tourney Basecamp

Great property in perfect location

First of all, Sherry was an incredible host! Responsive and accommodating! We came in to Fayetteville for a game and had an absolute blast. The property is within walking distance to the stadium and the main nightlife area (or short Uber). Highly recommend this property.

Location is great for convenience to campus. We had a little bit of a challenge finding the address in the dark. May have been just pure exhaustion on our part. Bedrooms are all upstairs, but there is a half bath downstairs. The provided coffee was much appreciated!

Razorback Weekend

The house was perfect for us. We put on a tailgate on campus and the location of the house was great. A short walk to the South Gardens tailgate area. The house was clean, modern and worked great for our family.

Great UA visit!

We really enjoyed Sherry’s Campus 3 Bedroom House for our home base while visiting our UA freshman over Easter weekend. The location is ridiculously close to the university of Arkansas as well as just about any drive-through restaurants you can imagine! It was super clean and well stocked. Sherry was hands down the best host I have had the pleasure of renting from. She was quick to respond to any questions and super flexible with our requests. We will be booking again for sure!
