Everything was perfect. We had a very quick stay and weren’t at the house long enough to appreciate everything there. The house is very spacious and clean with a great couch and the beds were comfortable. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and was an easy drive to get to UArk campus. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful and it was located less than 5 minutes from our tournament venue. Beautifully furnished, lovely neighborhood, with nice lawns and a beautiful honeysuckle bush emitting a lovely scent.

Great place to enjoy time with friends!!!

All the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the patio out back!! The weather was nice and the house is not far from restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again!!

Comfy and didn’t need a thing!

Very nice and comfortable home. Beds were great. Communication was wonderful with host who responded to questions right away. Shampoo and coffee were nice extras! Would stay here again!

Great little home in Fayetteville

Loved staying here, the home is clean and well-situated in a safe neighborhood. The owner was easy to communicate with, making the check in and check out processes very easy. Definitely would recommend this lovely home if you’re staying in Fayetteville. U of Arkansas is just a few minutes drive away.

Be Careful- the owner apparently was watching us on video (mentioning at the end of the visit that she didn't like that we put my son's CLEAN and EXPENSIVE race bike inside the doorway) and I'm very creeped out. This is after I politely send some photos to her as an FYI showing that many wall hangings were missing, leaving black tape marks on the wall, many lightbulbs were out and light fixtures had a weird mix of warm and cool lightbulbs in the same fixtures, the tub caulking had come undone and, and the microwave was replaced with a countertop version vs. actually fixing the microwave above the stove. The house was mostly clean, although blankets in the closet were dusty, as was under the bed, and I did find one toenail clipping in the bathroom. The plates and cups and silverware mostly matched. I did not ask for a discount, I was just trying to let her know for future guests what I found disappointing. I finally asked for a 2 hour late checkout because my son's activity in town was running late and he would need a shower before traveling- I was charged a full extra day, and then the maids showed up anyway because owner forget to call them.

My only request from anyone reading Erin’s review is that you read the reviews of my other guests in comparison. Erin was the most difficult guest. I rated her 1 across the board and will NOT host her again. After many issues, she requested a late check out at 2pm – AT NO CHARGE, when check out time is at 10am. After I refused her FREE request, she sent the message below – which I responded to. From Erin: Given the issues I had and let go, the overall poor quality of the maintenance, finding dirt and dust and toenails in the bathroom, im surprised you would be asking for money, tbh. I honestly thought you would have shown more grace, as I did. However, I've paid, because it is necessary. Just don't expect a good review at this point. From Doris: Erin, your comments about my home are not reflected by any other guests who have stayed there. My 5 star reviews are proof of it. Feel free to rate me how you see fit and I will do the same for you. I have already alerted vrbo to the situation i am dealing with from you...which is far different from any guest I have ever encountered. My cleaning staff have also been made aware and they will know to look for any issues. As a side note it is not appropriate to bring a riding bike inside a host house without permission. Now that I have seen this I will update my rules. Lastly, I will post this entire exchange in my review of you.

Good Stay

Check in was easy, house was clean and bedding was very comfortable. Only negatives was it was 83 degrees in the house when we arrived and it took quite a while for the AC to get it cooled off. The knob in the hallway shower came off as well so that may need to be repaired or replaced. Good value for the price and I would stay here again if it's available.

Levi, Thank you for your review. The internal temp is automatically set at 78 while the house is empty but it may have gone higher. So we'll check prior to arrivals. The knob has been reset also. Thanks for letting me know.

Quiet neighborhood offered a calm respite

The home was perfect for our group and stay. It was clean, had a large living space and kitchen...which we used for gathering our family and a few friends. The outdoor porch is cute and was perfect for our Sunday brunch. While the location is 13 minutes from campus...it was easy to get too, close to a gas station and grocery store for needed items. It also took us out of the hustle from campus allowing for calm and conversations with our college student. We would stay here again and recommend this location.

Great neighborhood, spacious and clean

We stayed here for our son’s move in to U of Ark and fit the bill perfectly! Didn’t get instructions for check in until hours before but once we did, all was great!
