Centrally located in the heart of Melbourne, Florida. Nearby shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shop. Only 7 mins to Melbourne beach & historic Melbourne downtown. About 30 mins to Cocoa beach. 45 mins to cruise port Cape Canaveral. Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studio and other Orlando Theme Parks is about 1hr drive .

Absolutely amazing experience! The host is very responsive with any questions and has great communication. The house is perfect for a family! They have the house prepped with everything you need for kids. We were very comfortable and plan on making this house a yearly trip. The pool area is so gorgeous and there is so much attention to detail throughout the house. 10/10 experience!

Annual Getaway

Florida Vacation

The property was immaculate, and the location was perfect, surrounded by many things to do and convenient to other locations of Florida to visit. The host was fabulous in response to anything we needed, which was little to none because everything was provided and perfectly laid out.

Terrific host, home and location

We had family gather from different parts of the country and had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard pool area is beautiful. Two living areas gave us room to spread out. Vinh is a wonderful host and the overall experience was exceptional. Would go back again!

Traveling From Texas

We traveled from Texas for our son’s baseball tournament and the property was very nice and clean. The kids loved the pool as well as the game room and so did my husband (street fighter 2) that was their favorite game. Overall will definitely recommend to family.

In town for a wedding!

Had a wonderful stay at the tropical pool house. Loved the pool area, and game room. Great location. The house was decorated cute, spacious and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed the home and pool for our stay! It was cozy, clean and everything we needed. Host was very responsive and made the trip so easy! Great location to travel between baseball fields in Viera and the beach! Would definitely stay again

Lovely, relaxing getaway

My family enjoyed our stay at the tropical vacation pool house! It was incredibly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the communication with the host was top notch. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Melbourne!!

Melbourne house

We had a wonderful time in Melbourne. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet neighborhood that's only a short drive to the beach. We used the backyard pool every day and enjoyed the fire pit at night. I can't wait to return!

Exactly what we needed!

My brother and his family were already staying at our parents house for the holidays, so my other brother and I needed a place to stay with our families. Vinh’s place was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, very nicely appointed and in a great location. We wished we could stay longer to relax and unwind from our family obligations! lol Thanks for a great stay!

Don't tell anyone, i want this place to myself and family! What a great place to stay! Clean, beautiful and even free coffee! Pool area is excellent. Again...don't tell! This place will meet your expectations but i want it for myself!

Fantastic place with incredible accommodations!

The while place is amazing! Everything you need is here! They labeled items & were so thoughtful in the care of guests. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. The neighbors we saw we very friendly. The owner answered questions immediately as well! We would definitely rent here again in the future!

My family have lived in Oregon for the last 15 years, but our true passion of hot sand and breezy beach bring us to Melbourne. We are very excited to share our new vacation home with you and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do. We are always available to make your stays most comfortable and help you explore the areas and the beaches to the fullest !
