The perfect vacation home for family or friends!

Pinnacle #4 townhome is on Warm Springs creek with spectacular views of Bald Mountain. Recent upgrades include AC, bedding, towels, toilets, paint and trim. Our Townhome is a 3 min. walk to the Warm Springs lift and across the street from the summer amenities including a swimming pool, tennis court and world class mountain biking.

Please include as much detail in your inquiry as possible, so I can make sure we are a good match; how many adults, children, nature of your trip etc.

Pinnacle #4 is a four bedroom suite and best for couples and small family ( no added guests allowed above your booking number) , 4 and 1/2 bath, 3,150 sq. ft. spacious town home with all of the amenities.

-The first floor includes: heated garage, laundry room, queen room and full bath, kitchen, family room with a grand fireplace, 1/2 bath, dining room and patio with the hot tub and views of Baldy.
-The second floor includes the master bedroom with a full bath and a queen room with full bath.
-The third floor has a queen bed, full bath and day bed that could sleep one adult or two little kids feet to feet.
There are full closets in each bedroom.
No Pets, No smoking...forfeit damage deposit as a result.
$350 cleaning fee unless excessive cleaning is required than it will come out of the depost. The includes excessive laundry ( please re-use towels) and spa.
Excess cleaning/gabage will result in a fee.
Disclose all guest including children. Forfeit damage deposit if violate agreed number.
Forfeit damage deposit if number of guests exceed contracted number.


The heated garage has a ping pong table and computer plus printer. Driveway parking for one vehicle and courtyard parking for a second ..passes included. Our hot tub is adjacent to warm spring creek and looks at Baldy. It's so close you can see the perfect grooming on Warm springs run. Walk for have breakfast at the elegant warm Springs lodge and lunch at Apples bar and grill just 2 min. walk.

Family Ski stay in Warm Springs

This property is the perfect location for a family of Avid skiers, and roomy enough to accommodate off slope activities like watching a movie or reading a good book. The slopeside location allows for checking weather and lift conditions prior to going out and even makes a non skier feel like they are apart of the activities.

Charlotte and Doug Woodcock grew up skiing and it continues to be their passion. Doug was on the Canadian National ski team and on the Olympic team in 1970. He raced Pro for 10 years until he retired from ski racing in Sun Valley. Charlotte grew up in CO and VT nordic and alpine skiing with her family. We will always keep a home in Sun Valley no matter where we live. Although we spend most of our skier days on Mt. Hood, OR due our sons ski racing, we ski in Sun Valley as much as time permits. It's our favorite mountain.

Why they chose this property

Sun Valley is our all-time favorite place to ski in the winter and to spend time in the summer.

What makes this property unique

Our hot tub is on a deck facing Bald Mt. and on Warm Springs Creek. After a big day on Baldy, we always relax in the tub. We are 3 min. walk to the lift which makes skiing for the whole family convenient.
