What a great house! The location of the house was perfect for all our San Diego activities. The house and kitchen were very well appointed and met all our needs. We really appreciated the dedicated off-street parking spot. This is a great location for kids who want to be able to walk to a park with a beach, playground and basketball court. Very convenient to many of the sites in San Diego. Well furnished townhouse, with space to spread out.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described and was clean and welcoming. Our only challenge was the second floor loft futon. None of us old birds felt comfortable negotiating the ladder, so we had to improvise. We did find out after check out we could have requested an air mattress which would have been better.

I bought this property because of its amazing location and its potential. Three large units, attached garages and lots of on-property parking made this a unique opportunity. The dog friendly neighborhood added to the allure for my family. The property is 1/2 block from Crown Point Beach Park with Lifeguard, Restrooms, Showers, Picnic Tables, BBQs, Covered Picnic Area, Volleyball Courts, Basketball Courts, Kids Play Area, Grass Park, Fire Pits, Boat Launch, Paved Bike Path. Prime are for water skking.
