The seagull house was a great place all around. Nice house, great location and host. I would strongly recommend this rental propertyto anyone looking for a great location near Mission Bay, Mission Beach or PB.

Great home just a short walk to the bay. The huge driveway was very convenient (and unusual in a beach town.) The enclosed back patio was spacious with plenty of seating and areas to play. Having the guest house allowed us to spread out with kids. Since the house is a few minute drive from the restaurants/shops in PB, it was very quiet. Would recommend staying here!

The rental was perfect for our needs. Location was in a fantastic place and the accommodations included everything you would expect in your own home. Communication with the host was excellent and the entire process was smooth. Would recommend the rental to anyone.

This is a great home in an amazing location - walking distance to Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and so many great spots in the area. Super cute beach vibe and decorations. The house and ADU are positioned well with a nice courtyard area in between. We really enjoyed our stay and Holly was responsive and easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing place for our family to stay. The house is clean, all the amenities you should need, host communicates quickly and gave great recommendations. The beds were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood and location. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is lovely and very comfortable. We stayed in the main house with our two young children (4 & 6) and my parents stayed in the guest house. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and everyone enjoyed the rental. It truly does feel like a home away from home with all the cooking and cutlery supplies you could need. We especially enjoyed borrowing from the large array of beach toys and gear, allowing us to have a full day at La Jolla. Thank you Holly for a great trip!

Great spot for the fam

Beach toys a wagon and umbrella some reasonable boogie boards with a great separate space for an older kid or mother in law. We loved our stay and will return.

Wonderful Property

The Seagull House was just as advertised: walking distance to both the ocean and Sail Bay, near the boardwalk with great restaurants, and the property itself was fully outfitted, very comfortable, with gracious hosts. Great stay!

This is a beautiful home, wonderfully decorated, with a lovely deck/patio area. There is even a casita.The hosts have beach items you can borrow. My granddaughter enjoyed the sand toys. There are books and games available. We loved eating outside. You can walk to the bay in just a few minutes. The house has a great location. The hosts are great. We will definitely return.
