This is a great home in an amazing location - walking distance to Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and so many great spots in the area. Super cute beach vibe and decorations. The house and ADU are positioned well with a nice courtyard area in between. We really enjoyed our stay and Holly was responsive and easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is lovely and very comfortable. We stayed in the main house with our two young children (4 & 6) and my parents stayed in the guest house. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and everyone enjoyed the rental. It truly does feel like a home away from home with all the cooking and cutlery supplies you could need. We especially enjoyed borrowing from the large array of beach toys and gear, allowing us to have a full day at La Jolla. Thank you Holly for a great trip!

This is a beautiful home, wonderfully decorated, with a lovely deck/patio area. There is even a casita.The hosts have beach items you can borrow. My granddaughter enjoyed the sand toys. There are books and games available. We loved eating outside. You can walk to the bay in just a few minutes. The house has a great location. The hosts are great. We will definitely return.

Beach toys a wagon and umbrella some reasonable boogie boards with a great separate space for an older kid or mother in law. We loved our stay and will return.

Wonderful Property

The Seagull House was just as advertised: walking distance to both the ocean and Sail Bay, near the boardwalk with great restaurants, and the property itself was fully outfitted, very comfortable, with gracious hosts. Great stay!

Short walk for my kids to the bay. Best shells they have found yet in s.c. kitchen was easy to navigate, light switch lables and other details that made the stay easy and not stressful. Distance between rooms was nice to keep snoring noise to a minimum. Love the queit neighborhood.

The house was beautiful inside and out!! Exceptionally clean with all the conveniences of easy and relaxing vacation staying on the property. I rented this house to host extended family with a new baby here. It was as perfect the pictures.! great amenities and supplies for all ages. The house is renovated and meticulous. Holly greeted us when we arrived and was wonderful. The set up with the little guest unit is perfect for extended family who may want a little more privacy or go to bed earlier or a little later than the rest. Great location would highly recommend this property. !

Perfect Spot for family weekend

Everything was just perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one has it all-clean, comfortable, great location and responsive hosts!
