Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone! There is an elegant living area with a sofa and a smart TV, perfect for downtime. Whip up crowd-pleasing recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gather in the pleasant dining area for life’s special moments.

There is no shortage of recreational activities in this emerging community. With granted access, you can spend the day at one of the sparkling shared pools splashing in the water or simply lounging in the sun. From pickleball and basketball to a fitness room, you’ll have plenty of reasons for fun!

We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Trash is to be taken out after your stay that is not part of the housekeeping trash days MON for tues pick up and every other week for recycling any trash left behind will be a 75$ charge will be charged to each renter thank you

THINGS TO KNOW
The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
A queen futon with a pillow and blanket provide extra sleeping space.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Some houses in the neighborhood area are under construction (significant progress is being made).
Guests can stream with their own accounts (cable is unavailable).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door. Motion detection records audio and video when someone approaches or rings the doorbell.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
