Gather your family and prepare for an exceptional vacation at this spacious home. With 5 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, 2 primary suites and 2,800 sqft of living space, this modern home is the perfect getaway. Enjoy tons of Bishop Landing's Community amenities (pools, shuttle to beach, gyms, playgrounds, tennis/basketball courts) whenever you aren't grilling on the patio, sitting by the fire pit or relaxing on the shores of Bethany Beach - less than 4 miles from the property!


Other cool features:
- 45 second drive (we timed it!) to a grocery store, gas station, liquor store, drug store, car wash and hardware store!
- For those families with young kids, the house comes with a high chair, pack-n-play, booster seat, stroller, and dish ware for kids.
- To make life easier, we have beach towels, beach toys, a beach umbrella, beach chairs and a beach cart for use when you go to the….beach!
- In the garage, you’ll find fishing poles for you to use at the many catch and release ponds in the community.

AMENITIES: Free Shuttle to and from Bethany Beach (between Memorial Day and Labor Day), Outdoor Pools, Tennis Courts, Clubhouses with fitness centers, Shuffleboard, Basketball courts, and playgrounds. 8 pool/shuttle passes are included during your stay.

Perfect Family home

Loved our stay

Jill’s home was just perfect for us! She was very responsive and the townhome is very nice. The location was spot on for us. It’s close to our family, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping!

Senior week getaway

This was a perfect location for my family and friends for senior week. Centrally located to so many places and things to do. Home is very comfortable and spacious for many guest. Looking forward to the next time we can go again.

Wonderful hole for families

Stayed for a week and house was very accommodating for three families, rooms are spacious and a 15-min drive to Bethany boardwalk and 20-30 mins to other beaches. House has grill and fully equipped kitchen.

Great Location, Awesome Amenities!!

Jill was amazing! She communicated with us though everything, and made sure my family had everything we needed! The place was perfect! Plenty of room and decorated nicely. Also loved the special touches like the high chair and pack and play.

Great summer spot

This property was perfect for our family of ten. Located near great shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Very close to several supermarkets. Very nice pool area. Short drive to the beach but some traffic. Host communicated very well with us. All in all, a great time!

Beautiful & Well Equipped

Jill was a terrific host who answered a lot of questions before our trip. The home was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed having the fire pit area and the game room with a door that closed. The rooms were comfortable. Getting to the beach was quicker than anticipated.

July 2024 Family Summer Vacation

We had a great time this year, and the house was more than roomy enough for the 10 of us, clean and spacious. The home is nicely situated on a quiet street and the community pools, side walks, fishing ponds and gym facilities were top notch. It was also a very nice touch that the owner provided fishing poles, beach chairs and wagons with umbrella for our use on the beaches only 15 minutes away. included was a nice set of furniture, propane fireplace and grille on the back deck. Jill was easy to get ahold of, great answering questions & also checked to see if we needed more propane during our stay. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful vacation

Good location and using the trolley was wonderful. 2 of the sleeping areas buckbeds and full were bad. Slats keep falling out of the frame. My grandson slept on couch in bonus room. If a heavy person sleeps in there it won’t work and the other full size bed and twin could use better beds/mattress. That bed they keep rolling to middle. Overall our week was good

We had a perfect week!!

The house was so beautiful and clean. We felt at home right away. We were only an easy 8-minute drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, which we loved. We had such a great time at the beach, hanging out on the boardwalk, grabbing dinner or ice cream. Bethany beach is super clean and family friendly. On the days that we did not go to the beach, it was wonderful to have access to two lovely pools. We visited the one with the baby pool and it was perfect since we had a one-year old with us. The adult side of the pool was very clean and big and never crowded. We always had a great time. The property manager was incredibly helpful- always willing to answer questions and went above and beyond with information and suggestions. We had such a perfect week here. There were eight of us and we were very comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful Bethany getaway!!!

We enjoyed our week at this home more than we ever imagined! It was impressively clean and had everything we needed! Super spacious if you are staying with family and friends, the kids has plenty of room to spread out and have fun! The amenities included were amazing, we enjoyed the pool and gym everyday! We used the chairs and beach wagon , pool/ beach toys and even sunscreen and cooler that were in the garage! The towels were also a nice touch!!! We used the grill for dinner a few nights and loved relaxing out back on the patio after the pool/ beach!!! The geese at the ponds were fun to watch in the morning and we enjoyed some fishing in the ponds as well! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing!! Everything you need or want is a few min drive!! We highly recommend checking out Parsons farmers market, the boardwalk for breakfast ( sandy pony donuts ), rope walk restaurant was so good! Jill was so accommodating with any questions! We will for sure be coming back!!

Beautiful house, fun memories!

This was an amazing property and we had a fantastic stay! Beach, shops, fun, trails, restaurants all within a short radius. We LOVED hanging out on the patio especially at night with the fire pit going. Owner was super patient and quick to respond. She answered all of our questions prior to coming since this was our first time in the area. Will definitely book again.

Jill currently works at the University of Delaware (Go Blue Hens!) is married and has 2 kids who keep her active. She is a returned Peace Corps volunteer and AmeriCorps VISTA alum.

Our family has had an awesome time making fun memories at this property! It's a spacious townhouse with plenty of opportunity to gather as a family or have your own private space. It's also a quick drive to restaurants, shopping and the beach.
