Crystal we sure appreciate your review. Did you check all the dressers and the living room drawers for the sheets? I am sorry about the smell of smoke but unfortunately I do not have any control over the other renters in the condo building. The other thing is MO has passed recreational marijuana, so there isn't much I can do about that either. I know when I stayed at a very nice condo near the Strip once, the guests below smoked and it was very upsetting because there was nothing the owner could do about it. I am glad though you liked the condo and the great location and the wonderful lake views. Thanks, Kim

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the picturesque view of the lake from your room. However, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly with the tub jets and the oven. I wish you would had contacted me so I could have sent my housekeeper back out to remedy the situation. Your concerns are valid, and we take them seriously as we strive to maintain high standards for our guests. As for as the walk to the lake you just go down to the end of the building and around the back to get to the lake. It would have been nice when they built this building years ago if they would have made it more easily accessible. Thanks, Kim

Tracy, In our listing, we want to ensure transparency for our guests. We have disclosed in two different places in the listing that there may be the smell of marijuana. This is primarily due to its legal status for both medicinal and recreational use in Missouri. This smell can sometimes waft in, particularly in condominium settings where doors might be left open. Despite this, our condo has consistently been a favorite among guests, and we have a loyal base of regular visitors who return time and again for its welcoming atmosphere and comfort. Additionally, you may notice a few signs around the property. These reminders are in place because we have previously encountered issues with guests flushing inappropriate items down the toilet as well as other issues. Unfortunately, this has led to significant expenses for the owners. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable for everyone.

Amy All I can say is wow I have never had this bad of a review at this property. Can I ask why you didn't report this until after you checked out? We would had remedied the situation. As stated in the listing we do not provide propane so not sure why you even would mention this. I never heard any complaints from you during your stay so I am surprised to hear all this now.
