Terry’s place was cozy and comfortable. We were there for a getaway weekend without children or grand children. It was perfect for the two of us to reconnect. Even though it is connected to a house we had total privacy. The place was decorated very nice.She even left a bottle of wine and two wine glasses on the bed.

Highly recommend this rental. Location is close to everything. Very comfortable and the host provided extras that we weren’t expecting…wine, robes, some bottled water, and coffee pods. Communication was excellent.

We booked this for an anniversary getaway and it did not disappoint. The hosts were excellent in their communication from beginning to end. The location is perfect to enjoy all the shopping and attractions in Columbus along with the nearby state park, but tucked away in a quiet area. The rental is an upstairs apartment stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host provided plenty of little extras to make guests feel welcome and special. The deck overlooked a nice backyard with firepit and disk golf hole. Fun! Our only small complaint was a loose headboard that moved every time you rolled over in bed. Despite that slight issue everything was perfect and we would definitely choose this for another getaway in the future.

WOW! Perfection is how I would describe this Galena Getaway. From booking to checkout the communication and ease of process were wonderful! At arrival I was struck by the location. It was close to everything yet felt like a little bit of nature right in the back yard. Secluded sitting area to enjoy birds singing, beautiful flowers & a place to relax & reflect. The hosts covered the big things & the little details. Thanks, Terry! Looking forward to staying again next year for the Memorial Tournament, if not sooner!

Great Stay!

We had a great time! Our first time using a VRBO property for a vacation was a success, all thanks to the lovely accomodations offered by our host. The property was exactly as we envisioned. Everything was clean and well thought out. We would stay here again if we're ever in the area.
