Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The building was quiet, the area was beautiful and the home met our needs perfectly. Our only complaint was finding a contact lens (none of us wear contacts) in the king sheets which did bring up some concerns about washing the bedding between guests.

Perfect location

If you are looking for a place where it’s not in the middle of Nashville bars but yet close enough to go visit so many amazing places in Nashville. Cashville is the place!! Check-in was easy! It was nice and clean and Mark was great as well. I am a local but had family from Texas come and visit and my place was not big enough. So I rented Cashville and it was perfect for 6 of us. Will definitely be staying here for the next group of family when they come to visit.

Thanksgiving Celebration Stay

We celebrated Thanksgiving with family in Nashville & then stayed the weekend to share a Nashville experience with our son's girlfriend who had not vacationed in Nashville. Great location! We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The access to the house was great, it was extremly convient to move from the garage to the house. The house was clean and large enough for our family. I loved the property decor and the safety of all the lock codes! Also great response time on all questions I had! Nice place for a short vacation

This was a nice property for our family, the only thing I wish it would have had was a dining table so we could have ate together since there’s no real dining area. If we had more staying with us I’m not sure how everyone would have been able to sit and eat at the same time. Communication was great with property manager, I would recommend this to others as well.

Great place for the whole family

We decided last minutes to make a stop in Nashville on our way home from Florida. This rental was the best place. Just a short burner ride to downtown. Very clean and spacious. LOTS of stairs, so don’t recommend for older people. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
