Location was good and the space was clean enough. The problem was that the WiFi was out most of the trip. the host claimed that there was an outage, but when we checked outages in the area, it was clear. The response rate was slow from the host given that we were staying at this VRBO for a work conference and needed WiFi connection. Our team had to go to random coffee shops to work the whole time. The WiFi issue was not resolved until our 3rd day and when we asked for a percentage refund for our trouble, there was no response from the host. There was also significant water damage on the kitchen ceiling and one of the cots was broken. We had to have someone sleep on an air mattress the first night. Thankfully, they sent a new cot the next morning.

We would rent it again

The townhouse was nice, very clean. Our unit was double booked so we were switched last minute but it all worked out and we got a rooftop patio in the switch.

BEWARE

I rented this property for three nights at a great rate Or so I thought. The owner was responsive until I questioned a paticular fee. He then said I had to contact VRBO, which I did. I was satisfied with their response to the fees over which they had control. So, if you want to know about the property, I will tell you that the bedrooms are adequate; bathrooms are very nice; kitchen is very nice; mattresses are fair; living area looks like it was furnished from the Salvation Army. Or Goodwill. The couch was very stained, and seating is limited. It is in a safe area with easy access to wherever you want to go.

Our First White Christmas

My family and I recently spent 15 amazing days at this property and we enjoyed every minute of the stay. We had no difficulties in communicating with the owners during the inquiry stage, the booking or during our stay. Our holiday started after a short 17 minutes drive from the airport. We arrived at the "Dwell Loft" townhouse complex without traffic congestion or any difficulties finding the property. We parked and entered our unit with ease as per the instructions by the hosts. The unit was exactly as depicted by the advertisement. There is a place in this unit for everyone in the family to retreat. The location of the property and the neighborhood was perfect. It is only a few minutes drive away from everything. We were told that snow falls around the second week of January in Nashville, but luckily for us Santa Claus came early this Christmas. Santa sent the snow ahead of him on the night of Wednesday 21st. and gave us "Our First White Christmas". Wowww, that was amazing. We recommend this property 👌

Pictures are not what you get.

The unit is in a semi good neighborhood. There is a train that comes by every night at 2:00AM. The pictures online are not an accurate representation of what you are going to get. The walls are dirty and have scuff marks all over them, same with the stairs. The cieling in the master bedroom, living room, and laundry room all have water damage. The laundry room and basement floor in the hallway have mold as well as water damage. The couch in the living room was so stained and broken down that my family didn't feel safe sitting on it, I can only imagine what the hide a bed looked like. The TV's didn't work, the garbage disposal is broken and the sink backs up. The deck in the front feels like the floor will give way at any moment. The master bathroom shower doors were installed incorrectly so everytime you shower the water sprays outside the shower. Finally the light fixtures are either broken or the lights were burnt out in the kitchen. I contacted the host 4 times to report the problems as I ce across them and after the second time they quit responding. It is in close proximity to down town, which is good and there is a couple parking spots for you and a guest but that is about it for positives for me. Really quote disappointed. I felt embarrassed and was constantly apologizing to my family for booking this location for our family vacation.

Nashville five days

We are very happy over all with the stay in the townhouse. Good parking. Nice green trees outside but high trafik sound when sitting on the balcony. OK

This house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and it had a lot of extra amenities we weren’t expecting. Coffee was one of them. Great price as well and not to far from downtown. Took Uber’s everywhere and we usually were picked up in 5 minutes or less. Would stay here again.

Perfect Little Spot Close to Broadway

This condo was the perfect space for my friend's bachelorette party. Just a short Uber/Lyft ride from all the bars and restaurants, and the condo itself was very clean and nice! Highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a Nashville getaway.

Highly Recommended

We loved the place. It was very comfortable, very clean, decorated beautifully, with plenty of space! Everything you could possibly need was provided, just had to bring personal belongings and food. The best part was the beds. Normally when staying somewhere else the mattresses are uncomfortable and sleep is impossible. The mattresses at this place were some of the best we’ve ever slept on. We were very impressed. It’s also close to downtown and within a 10-15 min drive from most of the hot spots in Nashville. The only thing to consider that we did not realize could be a concern is that this is a townhome with 3 flights of stairs so having a crawling baby makes things slightly difficult. Everything else about this place was perfect and we will definitely consider this location if we come back to Nashville in the future.

Great, clean, spacious space for our stay!

This condo was perfect for our visit to Nashville. Spots to hit nearby include Bastion (highly recommend!), Corsair Distillers, Hemingways, and Falcon Coffee, all of which are within walking distance. Downtown is walkable as well, though we found ourselves settling for the easy uber most of the time. The space itself is clean, well appointed, and had plenty of room for our group, with 3 beds and 2 fold out sofas. Highly recommend for your Nashville visit!

Clean and inviting residence.

Enjoyed our time here. Shac is a great owner who is always quick to answer his phone if you have a question. Residence is extremely clean and well decorated. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for all of us. 12$ Uber ride to Broadway street. 2 patios (one in front and one in the back) if you want to have a coffee outside in the morning. Kitchen is bright and has all you need. Bathrooms (3) are well appointed with 2 of them having shower facilities. We will definitely look Shac up next time in Nashville.

PERFECT GETAWAY

We stayed here Jul 28-30th 2017 and we were blown away with how perfect the place was. The pictures don't really do it any justice. We had a big group and we didn't ever feel on top of each other, the property is pretty spacious. The kitchen is stocked well with plates, pans, etc... the bedrooms are very big along with walk in closets! If I ever come back to Nashville with a group I would book here again!
