Take a short walk to the beach for a swim, kayaking, paddling boarding, or build a sand castle! Walk the beach and look for sea glass! Take a scenic bike ride around Minot Beach. Drive down to historic Scituate Harbor and dine at one of the many new chic restaurants or get an ice cream and walk out on the jetty and view the Scituate Lighthouse and watch the fishing boats come in! I was born and raised in Scituate. Moved to Florida too many years ago. Come back to Scituate several times during the year and for the summer. It is my favorite place in the world and wouldn't want to spend my summers anywhere else. I love swimming in the ocean and looking for seaglass. My sons enjoy fishing off the seawall and surfing when the waves are good, and biking around minot beach.

Why they chose this property

If you love anything about the water you'll love this house. Right on the beach, but as of right now no direct access down to water. Only a short 2 minute walk to the beach where you can walk around to be in front of the house (at low tide), or stay at the beach at end of street. High tide the water is up to the seawall. There is a large deck for family gatherings, and room enough for a corn hole game. Bike ride or job around minot beach. Take long walks along the beach. Scenic Scituate Harbor 5 miles away- shopping , many new restaurants and boat rentals.
