This complex comes equipped with two pools (one of which is very close to the condo), BBQ areas and a tennis court! The complex across from the white sands of Kamaole Beach II, this fabulous unit is perfect for your next vacation. Parking is also complimentary and very convenient to the unit!

*Please note there is not AC in the condo, however there are fans and a gorgeous cross breeze*

This updated unit is perfect for your next vacation! Tasteful furnishings and unique lush landscaping around the complex. The nicely tiled lanai invites you to enjoy your favorite beverage while taking in the rich, tropical surroundings of the swaying palm trees. The living space open and features a fully updated kitchen and all accessories you could ask for. A freshly designed bathroom make this unit perfect for up to four people as there is also a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are so many shops, restaurants, parks and beaches within walking distance so a car isn’t needed for many guests!

Clean condo with a nice balcony. Really liked that they had beach chairs and umbrella available to use, it was a nice touch and made things easier for us! Short walk to restaurants, beaches, and other points of interest!

The room was very good for the price, however the drain in the shower and bathroom sink was very slow and took awhile to drain. The decore is dated, but that’s just esthetics. The amenities were excellent! (Beach chairs, umbrellas & cooler. Other than that, we had everything we needed. Frontdesk ladies & Andrew were awesome, friendly & helpful. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Dirty and horrible bed

Let's start with the good. Communication with the host was easy. Having an access code to enter was efficient. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for cooking. That's it.When we walked in, the perfumed smell was overwhelming. I can get past that with opening windows. The kitchen widows were full of cobwebs and the ceiling full of insects in them. We knew there was no ac and had no issue as with fans and the cross breeze it was cool enough, but the fans were disgusting. There was so much built up dust on all of the fans that balls of dust were coming out of them. Dust bunnies hung from the light switches. The floor had a slippery film on it and we couldn't go barefoot. There was grime on the door handles and walls. I actually took a sponge and cleaned them myself. This place, bare minimum, needs a new paint job if it's not going to be cleaned properly. The worst part was the bed. It was advertised as a Queen bed, but when we arrived, it was a queen MURPHY bed. I would have never booked if I had known it was a murphy. And the mattress was so mushy and had a huge dip in the middle. We looked underneath and someone else had put rolled up towels under it to try to fix it. I ended up sleeping on the couch and my wife slept on the end of the murphy bed with her legs dangling off because it was the only part that didn't sink. We tent camp and that would have been better. Oh and we found roaches. It was so bad, we tried to change our flight to leave sooner but eveything was full.
