Apartment was clean & comfortable and access was straightforward. Front desk staff were warm & welcoming. Pay parking on same block.We ate meals out & were not affected by the lack of flatware. We were affected, tho, by non-functioning hair dryer & received no response from landlord to rectify. Apartment tenants were very quiet; peaceful. Outside noise was loud from 6-8 people who hung out all day at the corner liquor store. There was also music that played day & most of the night. Don’t know where it was piped from. Apartment was walking distance to everything we did such as aquarium, centennial park, Mercedes Benz stadium.

Host didn’t put reservation in with the condo place before we got there so we couldn’t even get to our room. We had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby while on the phone with vrbo care. Vrbo care and the concierge called the host many times with no answer. Finally someone got ahold of him and we were able to get in. LISTING IS NOT ACCURATE! Was advertised to have a king, queen, and twin bed. The king bed was in the bedroom but the so called queen bed was a barely full sized futon in the living room. No extra blankets or sheets were provided either. The twin bed was the nastiest, yellow mattress I’ve ever seen and the frame it came with to put it on was completely broken so that wasn’t even an option. The couch (in the picture) listed as a queen bed isn’t there anymore and is replaced with the futon, host needs to update the listing. All the doors in the place are messed up and splitting. Some lights in the bathroom aren’t working either. Host was told about some of these grievances and proceeded to gaslight me and told me the listing was accurate. I’ve booked a few vrbos and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with something like this. AVOID if you plan on staying here with more than 2 people. Also the stove and dishwasher were broken, all they did was show an error code on the screen.

We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again.

Condo was just as pictured. Clean & all the necessary amenities. The location as far as proximity to things to do in Atlanta was excellent. Outside the condo there is a lot of homelessness near the front entrance , we simply used the side door to avoid them . I would definitely stay here again

This place was just as the pictures showed. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say is maybe change out the decorative pillows they do have stains that made me a little uncomfortable but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Just know you will have to pay for parking each day you are there, in total I spent 100 for parking for 3 nights but it is in the city so technically that’s normal. I would definitely book again the balcony was my favorite part.

Condo was nice, however stove top didn’t work and the oven needed to be cleaned. Parking in the paid lot is a joke. There were homeless people loitering around outside. I’m glad I wasn’t traveling alone. Every night we had to go downstairs to the parking lot to extend for another 24 hours. We tried on our phones but it wouldn’t let us.
